LIVING AREA

The living room welcomes visitors of Kasa Azul Hollywood as you enter. Seamlessly connected to the lounge and game areas, as well as the elegant dining room, its cohesive and flowing layout allows for easy transitions and socializing in the main gathering spaces of the home.

Experience your favorite shows and sports games like never before with the living room's Smart TV equipped with Chromecast. Enjoy endless entertainment options in style and comfort. The two side chairs also provide additional seating, making this area perfect for relaxing with company.

BEDROOMS AND BATH
We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, en suite, mini-kitchen with refrigerator
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two full-size beds and a desk
- Bedroom 4: Two full beds

There are three bathrooms in total:
- Primary bathroom, ensuite with a shower
- Bathroom 2: With a shower and tub combo and dual vanities
- Bathroom 3: With a shower

Our kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee machine), cookware, bakeware, serve ware, tools, and accessories.

Create unforgettable memories at our outdoor area, where everyone can swim, dine, relax, and play all day! Dip into the private heated pool, perfect for leisurely swims or sun-soaked lounging. Indulge your taste buds with a mouthwatering barbecue and gather your friends and family to dine al fresco. Challenge your friends and family to a spirited game of corn hole or other exciting lawn games.

RECREATION AREA
One of Kasa Azul Hollywood’s unique features is the lounge and game room with an exclusive blackjack table. With this exciting amenity, your friends and family who enjoy card games can entertain yourselves for hours on end with limitless fun and excitement.

We want you to feel relaxed and at home, so we provide the following amenities for your comfort and convenience:
- Bath: Public Goods sustainable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hand soap, lotion, bath tissue, facial tissue, alcohol wipes, makeup towelettes; plush bath, hand, and face towels; and a hairdryer.
- Bedroom: Luxurious linens, bedding, pillows, luggage rack, clothes hangers, white noise machine, and ear plugs.
- Kitchen: For cooking - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting board, wine opener, can opener, potholders, food storage, salt and pepper, and olive oil. For dining - dinnerware set, knife set, drinking glasses, silverware set, drink coasters, coffee K-pods, chamomile tea, spearmint tea, English breakfast tea, sugar packets, artificial sweetener, and coffee creamer. For cleaning - dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponge, surface cleaner, paper towels, kitchen towels, trash can, recycling bin, and trash bags.

- Kasa welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Kasa, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:
0-6 nights: $25/night
7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.5/night

Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee per cleaning.
- The maximum length of stay you may enjoy at our Kasa is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.
