Charming Home with Pool

This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home in the Longwood neighborhood, close to all!
The house is fully furnished with a King, Queen and Two Twin Size beds. There is a full work-from-home setup available for use located in the master bedroom, stocked kitchen for cooking, smart tvs in every room, bath and pool towels as well as laundry. Rental price includes all utilities, internet, weekly pool service, lawn maintenance, and pest control as needed. Bi-weekly or monthly cleaning services can be provided for an additional $130 per cleaning if interested.

If you are looking to relax, the private outdoor living space of this home will satisfy you. There is a large screened-in patio with an in-ground pool, outdoor dining area, and lounge chairs. The home comes with pool toys, board games, and an outdoor bar! The outdoor space is enclosed to keep out mosquitos and other pests.

Please note that we do not allow any pets, and no smoking of any kind is permitted in any area of the house.
Parties/large gathering are not permitted at this property in any shape or form.

Area Information

We are located in Longwood which is in the heart of the state of Florida and just a short drive away from what is very likely one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world, the Orlando Metro Area. This area includes such world-class theme park destinations as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Volcano Bay, and many more, though it does not stop there. The attractive beaches of the Atlantic Coast are under an hour away. There are at least 10 golf courses within 10 miles of the City. Natural springs and trails abound offering hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. This is just a taste of what the City of Longwood has to offer for visitors and residents alike.

You get the best of both worlds with proximity to all of the commercial conveniences found on State Road 434 and Ronald Reagan Blvd (Chain Restaurants, Shops, Wine stores, Gas stations, Banks and Altamont Mall is within a few minute's drive). You will also be less than 1 mile away from Hospitals, Parks, Churches and charming local restaurants, boutiques and much more.

The neighborhood is safe, quiet and provides a sense of community. I do have a motion detection camera installed over the front door and driveway to deter any potential porch pirates or otherwise. I would ask that you enjoy the space respectfully and be mindful of noise after 930pm during weekdays.
