This 33 person capacity home is located at the Veranda Palms Resort, and is perfect for family holidays. The home includes a private outdoor swimming pool, spill-over hot tub, poolside dining option and BBQ grill! You'll love soaking up the Florida sunshine in one of the poolside lounge chairs. Kids will be thrilled when they see the splash zone at the resort clubhouse (guest get complimentary access to all of the resort amenities), and you'll only be a short drive from Disney!

The Space:
If this 15 bedroom, 33 guest capacity vacation home isn't big enough, we're jealous you have so many friends!

The whole crew will love the backyard swimming pool. It has a spill-over jacuzzi hot tub and a spacious sundeck with lounge chairs. After a swim, why not enjoy a poolside BBQ meal? There's space for 12 guest to dine al fresco. Bring out your inner Gordon Ramsey while cooking on your private grill!

Moving inside, you'll love how spacious the open concept design feels. Enjoy a show on the 50" smart TV, which is connected to the home's high speed internet service. The comfy sofas offer lots of space to cuddle up.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances (including two full sized dishwashers!), and boasts 2 full sized fridge/freezer combinations, so there's room for everyone's goodies! There's loads of countertop space for cooking, and there's plenty of dining space at the large 12 person capacity table, and additional space for 4 more at the kitchen island bar.

The amenities continue upstairs, where you'll find a second TV lounge, but this one's got a billiards table and foosball game!

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, comfortable bedding, and smart TV. There are 3 King bedrooms on the ground level of the home, along with 1 Queen bedroom and a room with 2 twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms include a king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, and 3 rooms with bunk-beds. Each bunk-bed has a twin bed on the top bunk and full sized bed on the bottom bunk. The kids rooms are decorated with their favourite Disney movie characters!

Guests are provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse, so let's talk resort amenities, shall we? The clubhouse has been newly renovated, and it's so swanky it makes Cinderella's castle jealous! Parking:
There are 5 available parking slots in the driveway. If extra parking is needed there is additional parking available at the clubhouse. Please note there is a 6 vehicle maximum per household and buses, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community.

Guests are provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a pool, water slide, fitness centre, and lounge.

Veranda Palms, near Kissimmee is a relatively new resort located just off Highway 192 at the end of Seven Dwarfs Lane. It is ideally located for all amenities and is in close proximity (3 minute drive) to dozens of bars and restaurants, from steak houses to pizza parlours, and the huge Walmart and Target superstores. You certainly will not want for anything here. Veranda Palms is also just a short stroll away from the wonderful Shingle Creek Nature Reserve which transports you back to the Florida of the 1800's with its array of nature trails, playgrounds and lakes and streams where you can Canoe and Kayak at your leisure.
 
Kissimmee is also within easy driving distance. Kissimmee is a typical laid-back Floridian town with wooden-fronted shops and tree-lined streets. NOTICE: Glass sliding door to the pool area does not have blinds at the moment. We are working on getting this installed as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

1. There is basic cookware available in the house.

2. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $60/day per service for pool and hot tub heating, and $35/day per service for hot tub heating ONLY, which we provide upon request. Please note that we do not offer heating service for the pool alone. Feel free to reach out for more details.

3. Please note there is on going construction in the area and may cause noise during the day.

4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

5. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
