DOLPHIN KEY is as luxurious and fresh as it gets on Indian Shores beach. The first floor condominium has breathtaking views of the inter coastal waterway from the living room and master bedroom. The monstrous 20' x 30' back deck is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The pool and hot tub area are right off the waterway and the place to be during the day sipping your favorite drink. At night catch the evening sunset on the famous sand of Indian Rocks Beach. Come Feel the Florida Sun!
The MASTER BEDROOM accesses the balcony overlooking the inter coastal with a plush king sized bed. Playful beach vibe art work adorns the walls. The master comes equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment and his and her walk in closets for storing your personal belongings. The large MASTER BATHROOM is perfectly decorated with his and hers sinks and two person shower.
The SECOND BEDROOM also has a king size bed, large walk in closet and flat screen TV.
The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a full shower and bath unit.
The THIRD BEDROOM has a large closet, flat screen TV and comfortable queen bed.
The LARGE POOL AND SPA AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing. There is a BBQ Grill for your use.
The Washer and Dryer are just off the kitchen. Ironing boards, hair dryers and beach towels are provided.
Special Note: This property has a maximum guest count of 6 at any time on the property. Loud music and noise, parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.
Parking: One reserved parking spot next to the elevator and one outside is included.

Very nice condo but starting to show signs of wear and tear. The location of the condo is great and convenient for many amenities especially the wonderful beach. The huge terrace is really great but there is far to much furniture and this restricted the amount of useable space. The crockery, silverware and cooking pots need replacing. There is a miss match of crockery, most of which are chipped and a miss match of silverware too.Brian was always quick to respond to any issues/ queries we had and he was very easy to work with. Thank you for the service you and Cadie provide.

Toni F.Beautiful condo and incredible location
We loved our stay at Dolphin Key #206. The condo is large and we had everything we needed for a two month stay. We loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer in the unit and also lots of storage. The place was immaculate. The deck is enormous and a wonderful place to sit and watch the boats and dolphins. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach across the street; we went to watch sunsets in the evenings. We enjoy walking so there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Salt Rock Grill is very close and very good! We love driving to breakfast Sandy's in Indian Rocks beach and Sweet and Sage in North Redington Beach. We enjoyed checking out the new additions to Coachman Park in Clearwater and also Market Marie there on Saturdays. St. Pete's is our go to for concerts at the beautiful Mahaffey Theater. We will be back next year for another two months. Hoping the weather is a bit warmer next time.

This condo met our expectations. The unit was the size needed and unit was vey clean. The kitchen could use more cutlery and dish towels for drying dishes. The pool and BBQ area was very nice for our family. The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed our time at this location at Indian Shores. Brian was very responsive when needed.

We loved our time in Unit 206! This was the second time renting this unit and we had a great time! The unit is clean, and has everything you need for an amazing vacation! The beach cart was so helpful for our trips to the beach. The view from the HUGE back patio area is beautiful. Love seeing the sun rise and boats riding by everyday.(The beds are comfortable too, which is a huge plus for us! )

They had everything we needed. We just retired and rented for the entire month. Many days we didn’t need our car. We could walk to restaurants or grab an item at the quick stop two doors down. We brought our kayak which we could keep out back and our good triathlon bikes which we could store on the oversized balcony. The hot tub was a definite bonus that we used more than we thought we would. The neighbors wee very friendly. The negative is the 1990’s circa vertical blinds are a hassle and the owner may need to replace those soon, since they inherently drop a blind that will not stay put when reattached. Indian Shores is now our new favorite winter vacation spot! We would stay here again most definitely!

Lorrie M.Great location between beach and intercoastal waterway
Dolphin Key is located in low-key Indian Shores across the street from the beach and with wonderful views of boats and dolphins on the intercoastal waterway. We spent many hours sitting outside on the huge patio watching the sights. The unit is large enough to feel like home during our 2 months here. We had separate visits from our two sons and they both were able to relax and unwind. The pool is huge and we frequently had it all to ourselves! We will definitely be coming back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our month in this beautiful condo. Plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Our favorite spot was the huge patio. It was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunning, wine time and dinner alfresco. Loved the waterway quiet view and easy beach acccess right across the street.

We booked the condo at Indian Shores for the month of December to visit with family for the holidays and to get a feel of the area as we are looking to move south soon. Brian made the booking experience easy and was very good about getting us all the information that we needed. Having a coded entryway was SO easy!!The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We all cook so having a well equipped kitchen was a PLUS for sure! The location was excellent! Our mornings started with the sunrise and ended with the Gulf sunset every day! And the balcony!! It was so large it was like having a whole other outdoor room! We will definitely be back!Two things to note-yes the pool is heated for those chilly evenings in the winter months so use it! And everyone should get the Trolley App and use that to get around between Clearwater beach and St. Pete - we LOVED it! So inexpensive, no parking or driving and there is a stop on each side of the condo location!

We stayed at 206 Dolphin Key in May of 2018. It's a great location - the beach is just across the street, pool area is lovely, large deck with lots of furniture. The condo had everything we needed for our stay - Brian was wonderful in assisting with any questions that we had. We would recommend this location for anyone looking for accommodations off the beach - we love staying on the intra-coastal - always lots to see - we did only see dolphins once but lots of birds and fish. There were four adults and two children in our party - lots of room for everyone, beach toys for the children, beach cart and chairs. We hope to return!
