-The kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and upgraded dishware, is highlighted by a walk in pantry, a massive 11'x5' island and 4 comfy swivel bar stools.
-The dining area consists of an oversized rectangular table and 6 velvet upholstered chairs. A matching bench in the master bedroom can be repurposed for additional seating when necessary.
-The living area offers a roomy sectional sofa, with a pull out center ottoman, and a large 65" tv streaming YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime and Max.
-The master’s suite features a king bed, personal lanai access, two gigantic walk-in closets and an enormous bathroom with separate his and her vanities, an extended, glass enclosed shower, and private toilet.
-The lanai extends the width of the condo and offers a loveseat and ottoman, as well as a dining table and 4 chairs. Additionally, 2 sizeable ceiling fans supply a cooling breeze when Mother Nature doesn't.
-Two large, secondary bedrooms, each with a walk in closet, are situated at the extreme opposite side of the home. One is furnished with 2 full beds and the other with 1 queen bed.
-The second full bathroom sits just outside these two bedrooms for quick and easy access.
-The condo also includes a full sized washer and dryer within an enclosed laundry room.

The community is gated and entry is controlled 24/7 by a live security team. Your rental will include a transponder which will allow access without gate guard interaction.

The challenging 18 hole golf course was designed in 2019 by renowned architect Gordon G. Lewis and is meticulously groomed! Though this rental does NOT include a golf membership, you will be able to reserve a tee time (at your own expense) if you'd like to play.

Access to other amenities, such as the immense resort pool (with shallow entry and lap lanes), tiki bar (with full food and drink menu), fitness center (with aerobics room and weekly classes), full service spa, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and miles of paved walking trails, is included with this rental. Sorry no pets. This is a pet free property.

Unique Benefits

Million dollar view over looking the floating golf driving range. We love the 20x10ft lanai with southern exposure. The expansive square footage and huge bedrooms/walk in closets and master bath are all added benefits to the property. We've done our best to make it classy but comfortable with custom drapes and black out remote controlled blinds for the lanai doors. The two car plus garage doors will keep your vehicle secure. 2 townie bikes available during your stay.
