-The lanai extends the width of the condo and offers a loveseat and ottoman, as well as a dining table and 4 chairs. Additionally, 2 sizeable ceiling fans supply a cooling breeze when Mother Nature doesn't.
-Two large, secondary bedrooms, each with a walk in closet, are situated at the extreme opposite side of the home. One is furnished with 2 full beds and the other with 1 queen bed.
-The second full bathroom sits just outside these two bedrooms for quick and easy access.
-The condo also includes a full sized washer and dryer within an enclosed laundry room.

The community is gated and entry is controlled 24/7 by a live security team. Your rental will include a transponder which will allow access without gate guard interaction.

The challenging 18 hole golf course was designed in 2019 by renowned architect Gordon G. Lewis and is meticulously groomed! Though this rental does NOT include a golf membership, you will be able to reserve a tee time (at your own expense) if you'd like to play.

Unique Benefits

Million dollar view over looking the floating golf driving range. We love the 20x10ft lanai with southern exposure. The expansive square footage and huge bedrooms/walk in closets and master bath are all added benefits to the property. We've done our best to make it classy but comfortable with custom drapes and black out remote controlled blinds for the lanai doors. The two car plus garage doors will keep your vehicle secure.
