Amazing views and steps off the deck to the beach! This luxury high end beach property offers 4 bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Two master suites have their own private balconies overlooking the ocean with amazing sunset views. Each of these master suites has a jacuzzi garden tub and shower. The two large secondary bedrooms have queen size beds with additional sleeping arrangements. Daybed with trundle or Twin over Full bunk. Fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, and living area with tv, plenty of games and a Pac-Man arcade game for those rainy days.
The decking is all composite boards with cool-deck technology. No stepping on rusty nails.
Our property can sleep up to 12 very comfortably and 14 with trundle beds.
Our property offers 2 dedicated parking spaces steps away from the front door, along with 3 visitor spaces shared between the 5 townhome properties. Our end-unit townhome is adjacent to the swimming pool and grilling area.
Located 2 miles west of Pier Park. Shopping, restaurants, beach shops, golf cart rentals, parasailing, jet-skis and more within the immediate vicinity.

Unique Benefits
The layout of our townhome is perfect for small to large groups. The main floor is the communal area that can host everyone with plenty of space. The 2nd and 3rd floor each contains 2 en-suite bedrooms. King size beds on the Beach side.
The 2nd floor non-beach side has a queen + twin & trundle.
The 3rd floor non-beach side has a queen + twin over full bunkbed with trundle.
Our property sleeps up to 14 comfortably.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love our property because we are directly on the beach. No worries about walking blocks away, crossing any streets or lugging carts through the sand. Simply walk off the back deck and you are on the beach.
We also have the end unit (eastern side) to the complex that contains 5 properties. We are adjacent to the pool, so kids can be in the pool and parents can monitor from any of the 3 back decks or enjoy the lounge seating by the pool.
We also have a huge big of Lego blocks, pac-man table top arcade game, Wii video console, and all TVs are smart and can be connected to any gaming system.
Beach toys are also provided, but not guaranteed, to our guests. We have a large bin under our deck that contains as assortment of items for anyone to use on the beach.
Area Information
Jubela's Beach House is perfectly located just west of Pier Park in the family friendly west-end of Panama City Beach and Laguna Beach. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are located within walking distance. Spend the day surf fishing steps away from the back deck or a short drive to one of the nearby deep sea fishing boats in the area.
From our location, it is approximately a 20-30 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Destin is an hour drive. These make for great day trips on rainy days.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Directly in front of Splash Condominiums, they have Jet-Ski rentals, Parasailing and Banana Boat rides.
Pier Park is 2 miles away that has a number of restaurants and retail stores. They also have the main PCB pier for a nice walk or to fish.

About the owner: We have owned this property since 2017. Our family lives in the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia. As a Georgia native, I grew up spending many vacations on the Florida panhandle between Panama City Beach and Destin. We also own properties in Blue Ridge and Helen Georgia.
Why this property? This property was purchased in 2017, with the primary goal of providing a wonderful place to hosts guests who want to make memories with their friends and family. Our property truly gives our guests a wonderful experience. With the layout, the amenities, the location and the decor, we try our best to allow everyone to feel at home when staying with us.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many parking spaces are there
We have 2 dedicated, but since we are the end unit, the end parking spot can sometimes allow for 2 cars depending on car length. Our complex also has 3 visitor spaces, used on a first come basis.
What are checkout instructions
We try to keep it easy. Upon checkout:
1) load and start dishwasher
2) pile trash and take to the trash bin on far end of parking lot
3) pile dirty towels and take to laundry room
4) leave any used bed unmade
5) straighten up furniture to original location, including decks

I came for a beach escape, and wasn’t disappointed! The sunsets are incredible- what better place to watch than on the deck.The kitchen was well-equipped, the accommodations comfortable, the condo spotless, the living area furnished with games. I found the management responsive to questions.The pool was an added bonus. I didn’t spend a lot of time there but it’s nice.
