Another full bath with walk in shower is just off the hallway.
This gorgeous home is one level with spacious gathering places, an open, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar with wine cooler and fridge, and large dining table. The screened in partially covered, lanai is the place to be after a long day at the beach. Entertain and unwind with outdoor TV, newly built in kitchen with gas grill, custom made bench swing, and plenty of lounging and dining furniture. If that's not enough, you will have your very own shuffleboard court. The owners have made sure this home is one you will want to return to year after year. It's stocked with beach gear and beach toys, books, puzzles games and a Little Tikes playhouse.

Sleeping Arrangement:
Primary bedroom with King bed, walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.
1st Guest bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom with tub/shower combo
2nd Guest bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 full bed and 1 twin trundle and bathroom with walk in shower.

Living room: Queen sleeper sofa.

Free parking for up to six vehicles.

For easy trips to the beach, a 6 passenger, street legal electric golf cart is available for $100 fee for the entire length of your stay.

Pet fee:
No need to leave your fur baby at home. Up to 2 pets are welcome for $150 fee per pet.

Amenities package:
Complimentary starter amenities package includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, 4 kitchen trash bags, 2 small trash bags per bathroom, hospitality sized body wash, shampoo and bar of soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap and laundry detergent.

Laundry:
This home has a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

All guests will enjoy the amenities of Destiny East just 100 feet from the lanai, including a stunning resort pool with multi person hot tub, playground, grilling stations, tennis courts/pickle-ball, basketball, private theater in the clubhouse, gym and walking paths to the beautiful Four Prong Lake. A second pool lies along the lake about halfway between the home and beach.
