Getting away from winter for a month and staying at this wonderful townhouse was a dream of a lifetime! The place was perfect for us both inside and out. There was plenty of room to cook, hang out together, grill, and enjoy a nice fire in the evenings. The heated pool was also an excellent form of fun and relaxation. The location is great for everything Ft Meyers, yet it's in a private and quiet location. The owner and the property manager are super nice people. My only regret is that I wish we could've stayed longer.

I cannot say enough great things about this well cared for condo! The location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes to any place you could imagine, stores, gas, restaurants, bars, coffee, beaches, islands, beautiful scenery with water everywhere, an excellent swimming pool, and nice people! We were honored to meet the owner, Walter, and his dear friends and also the property manager, Elizabeth, who kept in contact with us to be sure we had all we needed during our month in Fort Myers. I fell in love with all of them..they are great people! I would highly recommend this rental! I came to Florida with two girlfriends for the first time for a month, all of us widows, and we needed a 3-bedroom home so we could each have our privacy. This home was spacious, bright and cheerful, and filled all of our needs and was awesome for us and we enjoyed every minute both inside and outside this property and would love to return one day soon!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful vacation home. Close to all amenities and services. Met the owner and he is a true gentleman. The propery manager is a amazing lady and could not be more helpful. This property is exactly as advertised, we will definitely return. Close to many excellent restaurants from fine dining to Florida casual. I would suggest booking early as this is a very popular area

Roomy townhouse with large TV's. Fully equipped kitchen; It has everything you need, including a bar. Good sized rooms with a patio and a yard, lounge chairs, table & grill. It was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would definate stay here again. We had a great time.
