Accessibility: Please be aware that the home is elevated on stilts and requires stair access to enter and navigate between floors. There is no elevator, and the property is not handicap accessible.

Security: For your safety and protection, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (monitoring the front driveway, right side entrance, and back dock) and a doorbell camera. There are also noise level monitors inside that detect decibel levels only and do not record audio.

Safety: The home is equipped with smoke detectors that include carbon monoxide monitors, six fire extinguishers, fire blankets, escape ladders, and a monitored alarm system. The property has passed Breezeway's home safety review (Certificate #15717).

Booking Requirement: For the safety and security of our guests and property, you will be asked to acknowledge our standard rental agreement, provide a copy of a photo ID and a bunk bed waiver through the booking platform's messaging system after your reservation is confirmed, within 72 hours of booking. If guests do not complete the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

Pool Heat : We do not charge for pool heat, and the pool heater is currently set to 85 degrees. The heater operates in conjunction with the pool equipment, which is scheduled to run approximately 12 hours a day. During colder months, it may take longer for the pool to reach the desired temperature. Additionally, due to the design of pool heaters, they may not achieve the set temperature if outdoor temperatures drop into the 50s or lower.
