Condo in Indian Shores

The place was very very clean. The beach was easily accessible as it was just across the street. They provided everything we needed during our stay. The closet was full of everything you would need for the beach including, Chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, etc. A bonus was the dock in the back where we would spot tons of dolphins passing by.

Wonderful week

Every year I and my family spend a week in the area this time at this condo at Indian Shores. Our stay there was great, was a very convenient location across the street from our favorite beach, clean, spacious, and no trouble to check in and out, the balcony had a wonderful view of the canal, and we spent a lot of time sitting there looking to see the Dolfin and the amazing view. I recommend this place! I’m looking forward to coming back

A time to unwind

The condo was clean and bright. The balcony facing the inlet water was delightful and relaxing for our morning coffee. The premises was pleasantly quiet. Pool area was also well maintained. The condo was only minutes from restaurants and night life if you chose. And the beach was across the street we found wonderful for evening walks.

Indian Shores rental.

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable vacation rental had everything we needed. Complex was very quiet and made for a nice relaxed stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo in a relaxing location.

We were there for the Clearwater Half Marathon and really enjoyed the ease to the beach, comfortable furniture, provided beach items, watching boats from the deck, and the many great and nearby restaurants. Thanks!

Perfect relaxation

My sister and I loved everything about our vacation at Waterview 103. The location was perfect and peaceful. The unit was perfect for us and very clean. We intend on returning each year and we were sad to leave. Loved the beach, the view and the pool. Can't wait to return

Excellent experience

The condo is nicely updated and was very clean when we arrived. We have stayed in this complex for several years and this unit by far was the best. Nice condo overlooking the Intercoastal.

The location is perfect with direct views of the Intercoastal and easy access to the gulf beaches right across the road. Plenty of restaurants, sightseeing activities and shopping nearby with TPA airport approximately 1 hr. drive away. The condo was clean and had recently been updated .Enjoyed the hot tub and pool everyday. Will definitely return.

Peaceful Vacation with Great View of Inter Coastal Waterway.

This is the third time we’ve rented condo #103 in Waterview, and each time we made sure to rent directly with Florida Sun Vacation Rentals. The complex has a great pool, and the grounds are kept up very well. The condo we rent overlooks the Inter Coastal Waterway. We enjoy peaceful afternoons watching the boats go by while sitting on the lanai.The condo itself is clean and fresh, with nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furniture is clean, newer, and most important, comfortable. We especially like having laundry facilities right in the unit.Florida Sun Vacation Rentals is very easy to work and communicate with. They are responsive, both during our rental time and when questions have come up throughout the year. When making future rentals, we will definitely go through Brian at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals.

Beach’s family vacation

We enjoyed the accommodations the condo provided. It was so clean and very tastefully decorated throughout. It was conveniently located near the activities our family enjoyed in Clearwater and surrounding area. It was nice enjoying the private dock and the view from our patio. We saw a dolphin one or two of the days and manatee on the last day of our visit! We enjoyed how quiet and relaxing the condo was. A plus was having access to the pool and spa which we used a number of times. We cooked a majority of our meals and was pleased that the kitchen had just about anything you needed to cook or bake. And we could not forget about the beach umbrellas and chairs, boogir boards, beach toys to keep our school-ages children entertained, and a wagon to haul all of it to the private beach located just across the street. We really enjoyed our beach time and even swam with two manatee right at our beach one day! We were fortunate to have been able to meet Brian during our stay who popped by for a quick check on something! Brian was very friendly and welcoming. Our two children, my husband and I really felt at home in this condo, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getaway

We go to Indian Shores every year for the past 5-6 years and this year we stayed at Brian & Cadie's place. First of all I want to say, thank gosh for the elevator and the buggy under the stairs. It definitely came in handy when we got there and when we left. The place was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc..... We loved the view out to the causeway. We saw fish jumping and dolphins out there. It was very quiet in the building and the pool was nice as well. We grilled a few times at the grill by the pool. It was nice that the beach entrance was right across the road from the buildings. If you want a good spot at the beach be there by 11 as this best kept secret isn't a best kept secret anymore. ;) We ALWAYS enjoy going to Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee and Crabby Bill's which is right down the road from there. We really enjoyed staying here and if you rent it, you will as well.

Very well kept and clean

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay….close to shopping malls and grocery stores.the condo was very well equipped and kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. Best week in Fl.

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean and spacious and offered all the amenities you could possibly need and more.The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins and a manatee along with many different birds. The gulf is just across the street and the beach is clean and beautiful.There are many restaurants to choose from and water sport rentals close by. John's Pass is 15 minutes away and is so worth a visit.We had a great vacation and plan to return in the future

Fantastic place to escape the beginning of winter up north

The Water View condo complex, and #103 in particular, provide a beautiful place to vacation. We enjoy the view of the Inner Coastal Waterway (ICW) from our lanai, and are able to relax while watching the boats go by. Dolphins can be seen regularly, as well as many different types of birds, so it is very easy to pass the time on the lanai.The condo itself is perfect for us. It has a right sized kitchen, with comfortable living and dining areas. The main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, and also has a view of the ICW. It’s windows and sliding door make it a bright and cheery place throughout the day. The second bedroom is perfect when we have guests, and has access to a second bathroom.The nearby restaurants are good and numerous. All in all, this is a great place to spend a short weekend or a long winter rental. We have stayed here before, and will continue to return.

Indian Shores trip 2021

Condo was represented well, thoughtful things in condo like condiments and cleaning products. Condo was on IWC way and 3 minute walk to beaches that were baby powder soft, daily changes as for June grass and Algae typical for the season. We were there for the start of Red Tide so some preliminary fish kills and coughing- we knew this could happen in this area. Easy traveling between St Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. Several places local for shopping. It was nice that a wagon, chairs, icepacks, umbrellas were available along with beach towels. Several of the chairs and umbrellas had issues, I wish the rental co or owner check them. Pool and hot tub and grilling area was nice. The area is very quiet or as busy as you want it to be. Ice cream and restaurants nearby.I would use this condo again or visit this area again

Perfect location!

My family had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was perfect. If you can’t be gulf front this is the next best thing with the balcony facing the intercostal water and the private access to the beach directly across the street. Beds were comfortable and we liked the alcove with the futon for extra sleep options. Everything we needed was provided in this very well stocked condo. We loved seeing dolphins daily from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic view, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterview 103. The view was great and we loved the pool and hot tub. The grounds were immaculately clean. The unit was nicely furnished with very nice beach chairs and equipment. We enjoyed watching boats on the intracoastal from our living room and balcony. The beds were very comfy and it was a great location to unwind and relax for a week.We ventured to Disney one day (1 1/2 hour drive) and had a great time.We have rented in this area for 7 years and this is our favorite condo and location. We would love to be guests again in the future.

Stellar Getaway during a stressful year

This condo provided a peaceful place to relax while watching the boats go by on the ICW. The pool was warm and inviting, and gave us a place to swim and read during the afternoons. With the beach just across the street, it was easy to take a walk there each day, and we got to see sunsets most evenings.The condo has a beach feel to it and has a kitchen well equipped for any meal we wanted to prepare. We were pleased with the gas grill on the property, and found ourselves using it frequently.All in all, we found this condo to be a wonderful place to relax and get away from the world at large. It is extremely convenient to many great restaurants, and there are several grocery stores within a convenient drive.We plan to return often in the future.

I wish I was still there.

I highly recommend this condo! The entrance for the private fishing pier is just feet away. The balcony from the condo overlooks the pier and you can interact with family while you relax in the balcony and they fish. The condo has a fishing pole all set up for casting. My son used frozen shrimp for bate. We watched dolphins from the balcony!! The private entrance to the beach is priceless. The condo is equipped with everything ya need for the beach: cart, mats, chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler. The condo is set up quaint and adorable. We all slept well. There are plenty of towels/washcloths. Washer and dryer are right there in the condo too. We were busy with other things and didn't use the pool and hot tub, but it is centrally located, plenty of chairs, fenced in, clean. There is a grill available for use too. The town of Indian Shores is adorable, friendly people, stores and resturant are just a short distance. I probably left something out, but this site provided everything and more. I wish I was still there!

Sun & fun!

It was a good week at the beach... first time back at the beach in 3yrs. We had rain but still plenty of sun in between. The condo was nice, clean, comfy and roomy for our family of 6. Cannot wait till next year to return!

Our Stay at Waterview

Our month stay at Waterview was great. The weather was great so we really enjoyed the deck which faces the intercoastal. This our fifth stay here at 19925 Gulf Blvd and have stayed in several units, 103 was bright, updated and very comfortable. We ‘re coming back! Thanks Brian

Florida retreat

Second time I have stayed at waterview. Beautiful newly remodeled condo with a great view. Easy walking distance to beach and was a nice bonus that chairs and toys were provided. Waterview was a little more busy in the pool area than it was the prior year due to a large family and the amount of visiors they had but other than that was very pleased with the condo.

Great Stay

This property had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Very clean and comfortable beds provided us with a restful sleep. Beach furniture is there to use if you are spending any time by the water. If your not a beach person, there is a pool to enjoy. So much more to mention that we could be here for a while. Amazing view

Really enjoyed our trip to this apartment . The view was amazing. It was great to just sit and watch the wild life. We saw dolphins , Ray and many birds. Unfortunately no manatees this time. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed. The beach is also close by. It is quiet area but close to Johns Pass and north to Clearwater.

Fabulouusly located and well equipped appartment.

A very well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment at Indian Rocks, Clear Water area. It is a short walk to the beach and there is an idyllic view over the water inlet where you can view dolphins while drinking your morning coffee. The apartment even has beach chairs and other equipment and a trolley to take it over! The complex has a fantastic shared pool if you prefer. There are some excellent restaurants in the area and we can’t wait to return.

The view of the ever changing intercoastal makes this a very special unit.

We have rented this unit for a number of years and spend our time on the balcony watching the Intercoastal and the boat traffic. The dock just down a few steps is a real asset for just sitting with friends and chatting, fishing or watching the sunrise. The pool and condo buildings are well maintained and the other people who stay are lively and very friendly. There is a get together every Wednesday where we can meet, talk and laugh. The condo itself is well appointed and this year the kitchen was redone with new appliances, counter tops and cupboards. The unit was freshly painted and new flooring put in place which is easy to maintain. Brian, the manager is easy to contact and responsive - he comes quickly or calls someone to do the work necessary. The beach access is my favourite part of coming to Waterview 103. We just walk across the road with the beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart provided. This is a unit with many delightful facets - balcony for sunrises, dock for watching the wildlife, pool for social interaction and the beach for sunsets.

Great water view!

Water View 103 was a well equipped condo starting from kitchen amenities, including a crock pot which was great. New appliances. View from balcony was super, watching dolphins and all the boats go by, while enjoying coffee or wine in the evenings. Was a bit cool when we stayed, but tolerable. Going to beach just across the street. Beds were comfortable. Washer & Dryer also a great addition. We just found a bit noisy at night with renters or owners on the upper unit - would walk with shoes and sometimes past 10:00 p.m. Also, they had company over a weekend and everytime someone closed the upper unit's door, our door alarm would go off.......was only the one weekend though.
