Polish National Alliance #83 here for the 72nd Bowling Tournament. The house was perfect for our group and enjoyed our stay. The home is in a perfect location so we didn't need to travel far for anything we did. I really enjoyed the sunset cruise on the Tropics Cruise at Clearwater Beach. Neighbor Steve was awesome and helpful. The beaches are beautiful the people are friendly. I really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Went for several walks through it and everyone was real friendly. We grilled every night and enjoyed the pool and patio. It was nice how the house was equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed the Beach, shops and the marina. Seeing dolphins on Pier 60.

Thanks for the use of your lovely home. We spent a week here (came for a family wedding in Clearwater Beach) and had a great time. Kids (5,5m,7,12) loved the pool and we loved the outside table where we could watch and join in. Visited Caladesi State Park, Honeymoon Island State Park, The Aquarium - all fun - thanks for the pass! Delicious meal at Frenchy's - cooked in lots and found the house well equipped. A great trip.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. We had a great time! I'd have to say meeting my brother for the first time along with his wife and daughter was the highlight of the trip. It was an amazing way to spend my 50th birthday! Your home is gorgeous, love the pool and we enjoyed the weather! We took the dog to Fort DeSoto dog beach. It is a great beach to visit along with the Fort (very dog friendly). we spent one day "beach hopping" along the coast starting in Clearwater and ending at John's Pass for dinner and shopping. The neighborhood is a quiet one and a great place to take an evening walk. Thank you.

We had such a great time staying in this house. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It is beautiful and so spacious. The pool and lanai were the best. During our visit we ate at Ozona Blue (delicious and great atmosphere), Crabbys (good and convenient if you are going to Clearwater Beach) We went to Clearwater Beach twice. Visited Celebration Station and rode the Little Toot (highly recommended if you are looking for a dolphin tour or just a great ride on the water.) Thanks so much for everything.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We brought 5 adults and 4 kids. It was a perfect location between many of the amenities that the Gulf Coast has to offer. We visited Honeymoon Island, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and many other locations. The children enjoyed seeing Winter. The beaches were beautiful, and the natural landscape of Florida was gorgeous. Brian was very responsive to any needs that arose. The home was very clean and had many extras that other lodging area would not offer. Beach towels, beach toys, condiments, bikes and many other extras. Everything was extremely enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this location. It was extremely accommodating.

We had the best vacation!! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home. We spent almost all our time on the amazing back patio. The kids never got out of the pool. We cooked out and sat around the table all night. Cooter's at Clearwater Beach has the best Key Lime pie. what a great place to go not crowded at all (Honeymoon Island). Our last night we ate at Frenchy's Outpost it was great. The grouper nuggets were awesome. Thanks again.

What a treat to stay in a home that was so well laid out to accommodate all of us! I agree with other guest, that it was tough to pull ourselves away from the pool to take in the sites and attractions! We did enjoy the pass to Honeymoon Island and took the ferry from there to Caledesi Island. Thank you for recommending Tarpon Springs, Brian! We really enjoyed the history and authentic Greek cuisine too. It was a bonus to take in a sunset at Sunset Point, see some jelly fish and catch some crabs too. Thankfully the wait times and traffic weren't too long to get to Clearwater Beach. Enjoyed watching a sunset there too - Buskers and vendors along boardwalk! Saw almost a dozen dolphin on a boat cruise called Little Toot - kids loved it! They guarantee you'll see dolphins! Rented some bikes took in a Blue Jay game for Spring training in Clearwater too and enjoyed walking around the nice neighborhood. A very relaxing vacation - you have thought of so many little details to help make our stay memorable and wonderful!! Thanks again.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood - convenient to shopping, restaurants, activities. We were here with our children and grandchildren celebrating 50th Anniversary. Large common space and pool area were perfect. Use the pool everyday! Did a few things in the area and did a lot of relaxing. Enjoyed: Cody's Steak House, Sonny' BBQ, Thirsty Marlin, Lucky Dill Deli, (the filets from Southern Steer Butcher Shop EXCELLENT!) but most of all dinner cooked here - anniversary dinner all cooked by our kids and made possible by the fully equipped kitchen. Thanks Brian for your prompt responses when we had questions. Loved the art work (2 of the kids have art degrees - one graphic and one fine art) great variety.

A very Merry Christmas was had by all. Our family enjoyed a wonderful time and had the opportunity to relax during a splendid time of year.. We all traveled from different location to be together here at your house - the furthest from Michigan where a snow emergency was declared while we were on the beach. We all took that chance to text pictures of the white sand and ocean pictures to those stuck in a more frigid climate. While here we were treated to the local seafood prepared by family members - crab claws, Gulf pink shrimp, conch fritters. That was our time to come together as a family and catch up with one another telling stories of the kids, funny takes of home repair and thinking on our next vacation spent together. The pool and patio were the central gathering areas and provided the kids with constant entertainment. At night, the patio became a place for cards and board games - a chance to be together and laugh. we stayed away from most commercial attractions but we all went to visit one of the Tampa areas most famous inhabitants --Winter the Dolphin. Being in a home for the holiday made our family time much more enjoyable than any hotel! To the next folks, have fun, enjoy your time, love you family!

What a beautiful vacation home. Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy this wonderful house. We have 7 adults and 2 children under 3 years old and it was perfect. The toys, movies, tv's and pool kept us all very entertained. We loved being so close to the beaches and bigger cities without felling like we were in the middle of a very tourist heavy area. Restaurants we would recommend: Sonny's BBQ Pit, Thirsty Marlin, Strachans Homemade Ice Cream. Beaches: Caladesi Island (bring water shoes), Clearwater Beaches (arrive early for parking). Activities: The Florida Aquarium in Tampa (bring swimsuits for kids play area), visit the shoppes along Clearwater Beach and walk the Pier, Megabite Dolphin Tour. Honestly, we spent most of our days relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beaches - which was perfect. This was a great vacation and this house was the best we've stayed in. We can't wait to come back. Thank you! Go Bucks!

Beautiful neighborhood - Good for walking, close to amenities, central for golfing, close to the beach, feel sage and welcoming. The pool is a great asset - warm and well kept. Movies and media equipment - great! Lots of both. Kitchen well equipped - lots of room for easy living for 2 couples. Thanks for replacing the coffee machine so promptly. We appreciated having some basics for the kitchen - like spices, sugar, flour, and salad dressing - thank you. Also thanks for the laundry and dishwashing soap. Enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend it to others!

First and foremost, thank you so much for the amazing opportunity to stay at this beautiful Florida home. Not only did we love our house, but we really loved how you treated us. Although we were not a stereotypical vacation group (Meaning we are all 21+ with no children) you gave us the chance to enjoy your home and experience the magic Florida can bring. We especially enjoyed being able to jump into a pool at any hour. It also happens to be conveniently located next to the bathroom door so we didn't have to drip all over this gorgeous house. You came to turn the pool filter back on for us after we somehow turned it off and you didn't even make fun of us once! Our family style dinners were enjoyed over the huge, extravagant dining table. We definitely put that table to good use! It held our ultimate BBQ feast (steak, corn, potatoes, skewer vegetables, shrimp and chicken! Aren't you jealous?) You helped us with the minor BBQ crisis and came right away. We really appreciate you lighting the pilot light on such short notice! There are so many fun, exciting and new adventures to partake upon in this area. We would take over the entire guest book to rant and rave about the goods! So we will just emphasize our appreciation and love for everything. We hope to meet again and truly hope all the others who stay here can have even a fraction of the fun we had. What an amazing journey! What a beautiful, beautiful, BEAUTIFUL place.

PS - It is heat lightning outside right now and we can enjoy the show on the magical swing right outside the pool screen door. The swing overlooks the valley and the view is breathtaking. Places we recommend: Honeymoon Island - beautiful and close by; Clearwater Beach - parasailing and other fun things; Crystal River - swimming with the manatees and boat ride; Ozona Pizza - if you're looking to relax by the pool this was perfect.

Thanks for the use of your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the pass to Honeymoon Beach. We had lots of fun at Pier 60 and Clearwater Beach. There was nothing we didn't have or couldn't find here! Two Georges was great for deep sea fishing (Dramamine is great for seasickness), good games, movies, radio/stereo, recommend Crabby Bill's (cook fish you catch), Hellas (in Greek town in Tarpon Springs) good food and bakery, ask for : nondas skuntjos. Gift basket was amazing, almost gone in one day. Would be glad to give our your name to friends back home! Thanks again!

Four adults and 2 kids (6 years and 2.5 years) spent a wonderful week in this wonderful house. The house had everything we needed for food preparation, beach going and, best of all, pool time. The washer and dryer were especially helpful with small children. Kids and adults used the perfectly heated pool multiple times a day, morning to night. The layout of the house was ideal for 2 families. In our case, grandparents in the master suite and son and daughter-in-law with grandchildren in the 3 bedroom suite. The neighborhood is quite and ideal for walking and bike riding. It's also close to shopping and tourist attractions. We especially enjoyed Legoland, Tarpon Springs with the Aquarium, Rusty Bellies restaurant and the Manatees. We also enjoyed exploring downtown Dunedin. The rental experience was very comfortable. Brian was available by text and responded immediately when we had questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Nine of us (a toddler, teens, parents, grandparents) stayed at this home for 5 days in April while in the area for a family reunion. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. In addition to allowing us all to be together, we appreciated all of the extras (thick beach towels, children's DVD library, free WiFi, child-safe pool, well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer) that we would not have found at a hotel. The home is a short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. For anyone traveling with small children who do not want to try tackling Busch Gardens, we recommend the Lowry Park Zoo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break 2011! We were three families coming together into one lovely, large, clean and too many amenities to list! Not a single person in our party left "wanting" or "needing something more"!. Some of the things we enjoyed the most were: the pool, Clearwater Beach(day and night), Honeymoon Beach, Tarpon Springs(Two Georges and eating our sons "catch" prepared for us at Crabby Bills)and "Game nights" at your spectacular home! We would like to Thank you for the memories!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was extremely clean and particularly well stocked. Along with the typical plates/cuttlery, they also included various everyday items that we never needed to buy on our own (salt/pepper, other spices, trash bags, tupperware, soap, beach toys, beach umbrella & chairs, bath and beach towels, etc.).

The home itself was very well laid out, with the kitchen/family room all connected and opening up to a very nice pool that was well heated.

We had 4 small children with us and with the bunk beds and all the room, they had plenty of space to play and enjoy our time there.

All in all, really a great stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Particularly for 2-3 families with some kids. There is plenty of space for everyone and very practical for making meals there and enjoying time together.
