Rates are negotiable if renting for more than a month. The longer the rental period, the higher the discounts.
Rentals of more than 6 months need not pay 12% tax on the rent price, which is a huge saving.
Rentals in this resort-style community require lease and other documents approvals and everything is electronically signed to make the process simple and convenient at your fingertips.
Payment Schedule:
Security Deposit of the first month rent payment is due at the lease signing.
The remaining rent, and all one-time fees payment is due 90 days prior to lease start date.
Some Important Information:
1) Pets are accepted only on a case by case
2) Everything is automated from lease signing to collection payments securely. So, there is no worry about getting scammed.
3) Security deposit is 100% refundable within 7 to 10 business days after departure and an inspection is performed on the state of the condo for any damage etc. regular wear and tear are excluded.
4) Special discounts for long term stay
5) Stays of 6 months and over get the best deals and huge discounts

We had a wonderful first snowbird stay here. First floor corner condo was a bonus. Great location close to all amenities. Gym, pool, clubhouse and golf course 2 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and the owner is fantastic. He truly wants you to enjoy your stay and all the amenities. He is quick to respond to any inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

What an amazing stay we had. This ground floor end unit was outstanding and had everything we needed for our month long stay. The view of the 10th hole was incredible. I enjoyed the Babcock National golf course which I played every other day. The pool area was beautiful and the pool side grill had very good food. Our host was great! He checked up on our needs regularly. Hope to return soon.

Beautiful home. Very clean furnished with everything you need. Host communicated well and helped us in a time of need. There was a hurricane approaching in 3 days and the host did everything in his power to push the contract thru to get us all in for safety. We are very appreciative and forever grateful to the host. The condo was fantastic. We had everything we needed.It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host Ashok Pasupuleti was very gracious and kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok. The amenities were unbelievable. The pool,dining,golfing,tennis and so much more were only a few steps away. The location of the condo could not have been better. We would recommend this condo to everyone. On our next trip to Babcock Ranch we would definitely stay at this condo as you could not find a better place to stay with such a great host.

This condo was the perfect place for us to stay for the past 3 months! The condo is furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Ashook, the owner, was very professional and kind. He is very organized and made the entire rental process very smooth. His beautiful condo is right across the street from all the amenities…walking distance to everything. The condo is on ground level making it very easy for our daily dog walks.I would stay here again without hesitation! Again, it was perfect!
