About this rental
$5,500 per month (includes tax) and has everything you need, king size bed and bedding, towels, all kitchen utensils, pans, dishes, and appliances, balcony, high speed internet, utilities, 3 large smart tvs with local cable, etc. etc.
Come enjoy the most beautiful weather in the country and stay on the 11th hole of the wonderful golf course and enjoy and onsite tiki bar, pools, pickleball and tennis courts, gym and spa, and the neighborhood and people! Small cleaning fee of $150 per month (or per stay if you are there more than one month) and bring your pet for an additional $100 per stay. Does not include the golf membership, but you can still use the course.

About the owner: We have lived in Florida for 22 years and in Punta Gorda permanently since 2019. We love our little community and love watching it grow! We are avid boaters, golfers and dog lovers!
Why this property? This condo has everything you need to feel relaxed at home with a large, fully-stocked kitchen with all utensils and appliances, high speed internet if you need to keep in touch, local tv channels, plus smart tvs in every bedroom and living room. The balcony overlooks the tee box on the 11th hole of the golf course.
The neighborhood has 3 pools for you to use, although there is one just outside your door that serves the condo units. The on site tiki bar has amazing food and drinks.
