This is the perfect way to experience south Florida! Only a short 6-minute drive to the beach, you couldn't ask for a better location.

Our home is designed to be your home away from home. You will find that we outfitted this house with everything you need to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one. In addition to the spacious interior, you will have your own private backyard, complete with a screened-in seating area, barbecue grill, and a lakeside view.

This home can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. Three private bedrooms and 2 full baths are all decorated with high-end furnishings and linens. The spacious main bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, complete with both a walk-in shower and tub!

We have a washer and dryer ready for all of your laundry needs! The separate laundry room makes it easy for you to get your laundry done and organized.


Kitchen and Dining
This modern kitchen has everything you could need. Our spacious kitchen is outfitted with light quartz countertops and white wood cabinetry. New stainless-steel appliances and a large farmhouse style sink truly complete this gorgeous kitchen.

Appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove with wall-mounted pot filler, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware for use during your stay.

Take your pick from our many dining spaces: pull up a stool at the kitchen countertop, sit at the spacious dining table, or settle outside with the whole group in the screened-in patio.


Outdoor Space
Enjoy the beautiful Florida sun in the private backyard and screened-in patio. You will enjoy full use of the backyard and barbecue grill, which makes for a perfect way to end the day!

The home has an attached garage that can fit two cars. Parking is also available in driveway in front of the house.


Essentials
This entire home is equipped with wifi and air conditioning, so you will be cool and connected during your stay. We have multiple smart TV’s located throughout the house for your use.


Starter Kit
Each reservation will come with a complimentary starter pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 kitchen sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 small dish soap, 8 k-cups for the Keurig, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 boxes of tissues, a mini bottle of laundry detergent, as well as additional cleaning supplies that you may want to use during your stay. Each bedroom and bathroom are well stocked with lush linens and towels. We also provide mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom.

Our central location also gives you plenty of options regarding travel. We are just 20 miles from Palm Beach International Airport, 66 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and 91 miles from Miami International Airport. The house is also conveniently located only 19 miles away from the Brightline High Speed Train Station in West Palm Beach, which can get you to and from Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Orlando in just a short train ride.
