Area Information

The first time I visited Marco Island, I knew I would have to return….I fell in love with the pace….the beauty of the beach and the sunshine, the friendliness of the people and the variety of things to do and enjoy. Our condo is located at the south end of Marco Island where there is less traffic and more privacy, directly across from the south beach access path. There is a restaurant across the street within a short walking distance. The pool area is large and comfortable with lounges and tables for your comfort, people are friendly and helpful. There is a gas grill for outside cooking and tennis/pickleball courts for your pleasure. Off street parking adds to the ease of your stay as well as a private lanai for dining pleasure.

Happy Hours offer good prices and food specials, the Marco Museum is a must see……locals gather at South Beach every night to watch the sunset, farmers market takes place every Wednesday at Veteran’s Park from 7am till 1 pm, Goodland has a wonderful fresh fish market called Kirks, ….and restaurants and entertainment, especially Stan’s on Sunday. Nearby Naples, and Everglades City offer more sites to see and explore…..especially the the famous Rod and Gun club…it’s like stepping back in time. Many charter fishing options as well as a ferry ride to Key West and back in one day…..or stay overnight and return at you leisure. Amenities galore….something for everyone….shelling, sunbathing, reading, walking, and getting to know our beautiful island…..you won’t be disappointed……and come on back!!!!
