This is a beautiful and recently renovated condo on the top floor and is oceanfront in the must loved Southpoint Condominiums in Ponce Inlet. Large smart TV in the main living room as well as a TV in each bedroom. Pets are not allowed by renters in our HOA. Available for as little as 2 nights and as many as 180 nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all of the major appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. The unit has a stackable washer/dryer. All linens and towels are provided, as well as a few beach chairs and beach towels.
Area Information
Ponce Inlet is about 6 miles south of the Daytona Beach Pier. Close to all of the action, but located on a quiet no-drive beach for the peace and tranquility of a true beach vacation. Lots of casual restaurants in the immediate areas.
