This condo is situated in Waterside South at Coquina Key, a secure 24-hour guard-gated resort community where the canals can be reached by boat directly from the Gulf of Mexico. The amenities here are endless. You are just a two-minute walk from the Yacht Club pool and a five-minute walk to everything else the community offers, including an upgraded fitness center, a resort store, a recreation center, a business center, a dog park, hot tub, volleyball, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Your stay includes a membership to the private Yacht Club, which features a stunning onsite restaurant and bar/lounge overlooking the water with weekly food and drink specials.
