This 2bed/2bath private home is a short 5min walk to the private beach in Redington Beach. Recently renovated, we set out to create a the most relaxing Florida beach house vacation for you. With 6 beds, 8 can comfortably sleep, eat and enjoy the magic of this tropical escape.

BrianThis is a great place to stay! The house is very comfortable. The pool and outdoor space is a real highlight.The place is well set up and organized with the basic things you need to make it an enjoyable stay. We had a great time hanging out at the house. It really enhanced our trip.

AnonymousWe were thrilled with our stay! The home was the perfect size for our family of 5 - with room to spare! The bunk room was great for our kids (ages 4, 6 and 9) and the master suite was nicely situated. Very usable living space. The home had everything we needed and nice appliances. They provided detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and more. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes and we loved being able to use the kayaks! The highlight was the pool/outdoor space. It was private and well-maintained. Communication with our host was prompt, helpful and friendly - he even turned on the lights when he learned our flight would be arriving after dark. Very pleased with our stay and the memories made. Book it!

StellaWe had a fabulous time. The house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was very peaceful, private and relaxing. Beach is just a short walk away and wasn’t crowded at all. Matthew was very responsive and accommodating.

StephaniThe stay at Matthew’s home in Redington Beach was awesome. The home was nicely updated and it had everything we needed for our bachelorette stay. The pool was so nice, plenty of towels and floats, Costco size shampoo and conditioner, just nice things to not have to worry about while traveling. The beds were so comfortable! Would stay here again!

Jason P.The photos and description don’t do this property justice. First, the location is perfect. You’re located in between Clearwater and St. Pete, two of the top destinations. John’s Pass is a very quick drive away. You can choose from the private beach a quick couple minute walk away or you can make a quick drive to Clearwater Beach or down to Caddy’s on Treasure Island depending on your preference. Or maybe you’ll just want to sit around and enjoy the exceptional oasis they’ve created in the extremely private back yard. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, the communication from the owner quick, prompt and helpful. I’ve stayed at quite a few places and would highly recommend this one.

KrisMatthew was a great host and we had a great time at the property. The beach was our main reason for the trip and we loved the somewhat "private" beach that was not crowded. It was an easy walk to the beach. The sea kayaks were fun, too!

EmoryA couple of friends and I came down to his house in Redington Beach for our spring break and we’re itching to come back! Matthew was so kind and friendly and was always making sure everything was going well for us. He is very quick to respond and was extremely flexible with 9 of us staying there. The house is beautiful and we felt super safe in our area! The easy walk to the beach and heated pool made the trip even more worth while and we would love to rent the same property in the future!

KimPerfect oasis for our girlfriends trip. Outdoor area is over-the-top. Linens and towels were good quality and many niceties included - spices and basics like coffee, shampoo and more! Great place for vacationers who fly in because beach chairs, towels, toys and even a wagon were provided. Host was super responsive. Highly recommend!

CorrineMatthew’s place was better than expected the pictures do not do this place justice. The back patio/pool area is absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful setting. Host reached out occasionally with information on the place and made it a point to make sure my stay was perfect. I will most definitely be booking with him time and time again. Not to mention the beach is a 5-7min walk and beach items are provided!!
