About this rental
Enjoy a daily parade of sea life from this stylish penthouse with a panoramic unobstructed beach view. This 2 bed, 2 bath condo has a complete top to bottom remodel. All fixtures and appliances are brand new. Washer/dryer in unit. Full beachfront with private balcony off living room and main bedroom. Waterproof wood laminate floors throughout. Tons of closet space. Unit is relatively large at 1375 sq ft.
A large leather sectional anchors the living room and sits across from a 65 inch smart TV and an inviting electric fireplace. The dining room seats six and seats 4 at the kitchen counter. Kitchen has solid wood cabinets and Cambria Quartz countertops. Both bedrooms have 55 inch flat screen smart TVs mounted to the wall. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen with a twin bunk on top. New sliding doors were installed that will allow for maximum open space in both the main bedroom and the living room. Balcony has comfortable seating and dining areas and also a super comfortable double day bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler will be available for your use. The building is currently undergoing renovation and improvements, these are scheduled to be completed by December 2023. This building has a 30 day minimum rental period requirement.
You will have a dedicated parking spot for the unit and there are lots of extra parking spots available. You can walk or bicycle to many attractions, and you can also rent street legal golf carts nearby.
New - our condo association recently implemented a background check requirement for all guests. A $150 fee is applied for this reason as a "management fee". This goes to the association, not to the landlord. The association also requires a refundable security deposit be collected.
What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may have to purchase some additional supplies during your stay.
Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Additional/interim cleanings along with linen service may be arranged during your stay for an additional housekeeping fee.
Pets:
We are dog friendly with an additional $50 non-refundable pet fee per dog - 2 dog maximum and must be approved in advance. Sorry, no dogs that have been known to cause injury or are potentially dangerous are allowed. No cats. Please use our provided pet blankets if allowing dogs on furniture as to limit wear and tear on furniture or linens.
Internet:
WIFI is available free of charge at the property; however, we cannot guarantee connectivity or the equipment 24/7. We do not provide internet support beyond providing login or access information. Basic cable TV is also included.
Area Information
Redington Beach is a fantastic central location among the Gulf Beaches of Pinellas County. You can walk to several restaurants, shops and bars. The closest grocery store is only 1.3 miles away. The beaches here are much less crowded than other parts of this area. Madeira Beach and its fun downtown scene is 1.3 miles away. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is under 3 miles away.

Amazing condo, and dog friendly!!
Amazing location and property. Right on the beach with walkable amenities down the road. We were able to take the whole family - 2 teenagers, and the dog. The accommodations were perfect. The boys had their own room with bunk beds and own bathroom. The back patio off of the master bedroom was the perfect retreat for a glass of wine and sunset. Beach access was a short elevator ride and right out the gate and your feet were in the sand. All appliances were new, and the decor was well thought out and very comfortable. Washer and dryer was a big plus as well. The side "dog park" was very conveniently located on the side of the building. We could not recommend this unit enough. The owners were very accommodating with recommendations for nearby restaurants and sites to see.
