Unique Benefits

The Cape is a special place, without highrises and loud attractions. Our vacation home is on a particularly quiet segment of the beach, with just one house immediately adjacent to you and open beach to the right and left. The views from our decks and the beach are incredible, with amazing panoramic sunsets which are different every night. You can see dolphins, bald eagles, pelicans, and more wildlife right from your decks. Another unique feature of a stay at our home is that we provide lots of amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a coffee bar and more for our guests. We do not charge to heat the pool, as many others do. Come experience the Cape with the help of a private homeowner, rather than a property management company. I have organized a Cape San Blas digital guidebook which has links for local restaurants and activities. I am quick and responsive if any questions arise before, during, or after your stay. I am eager to get any issues fixed as soon as possible. We provide a warm and friendly vacation experience for our guests!

Why Kids Love It

Being directly on the gulf, you just step out your front door and are immediately on the beach! No need to pack up gear, drive, find parking, lug gear in wagons or carts. You and your kids can come in and out of the home throughout the day for water, snacks, meals, naps, diaper changes, without having to pack up your beach gear for each break. Kids love the beach, sand, and our pool! In the evenings, it is fun to see the little crabs scooting around the shoreline. The stargazing is unbelievable, if your kids live in the city, they have probably never seen so many stars! You can sometimes even see the core of the milky way galaxy with nightmode on your smartphone camera, just ask me for tips if you would like to try this!

Inside, we have large screen TVs in the living room and each bedroom, so kids can relax and watch a movie between beach and pool sessions, or during a rain shower. We also have card games, board games, and puzzles. We have curated a fun list of rainy day activities for at the home or a local adventure. We aim to provide a fun experience for the whole group, and are happy to help you find activities that your group would enjoy!

You can easily spend your whole vacation at the home itself! Between the gulf-front waves, beach, covered decks, heated pool, family-friendly open concept living space, panoramic sunsets, dolphin/pelican/bald eagle watching, there is so much to enjoy here!
