$1000 deposit required to reserve unit. (First and Last's month rent also required at move-in.) $1000 reserve deposit will also act as security deposit upon move-in, and will be refunded upon departure if there is no damage/loss to unit or items/furnishings within unit. (This is my personal residence half the year, so I will be leaving many furnishings/appliances here, and I am also only allowed one tenant per-summer.)
If unit is left as clean as upon move-in (or close), no cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fee will only be deducted from security deposit if unit is left significantly less clean than received.
First and last month's rent due at move-in. Discount for up-front payment of full-term lease amount.
Note: Standard Spring-Fall lease-term is 5-6 months. Will only accept shorter terms if higher monthly rate is paid to compensate for the shorter term.
3-4 months Winter Rental period preferred. Shorter stays will have higher monthly rate.
