Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house that has a total area of 3600 square feet under A/C. The undercover lanai area is 650 square feet with a dining area that seats 10 and a relaxing area with comfy seating and a 48" TV. There is also a gas grill and pass through window to the kitchen. The pool area is 1500 square feet and is screened in. There is a fence between the undercover lanai area and the pool area. This is very helpful when trying to keep children and pets away from the pool area. The heated pool is 30' x 13' and there are lounge chairs and another smaller dining area by the pool.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a large tub and walk in shower. The 2nd Master bedroom also has a king bed with a separate room with a couch. Down the hall from there are the 2 guest rooms with a Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds. There is also a Den with a desk and chairs.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
