Close proximity to shopping, beaches, restaurants and 3 minutes to IMG. It is 3 min. drive from the famous tennis Academy IMG and 10-15 min drive away from the white sandy beaches: Bradenton, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, 40 min away from Longboat Key & Siesta Key (no 1 USA beach in 2015).
Once you step in you will find a lovely, cozy and relaxed atmosphere where you will always feel welcome, nurtured, and loved. Our condo is fully furnished and situated on the first floor. It is a wonderful place for couples who love to do things together. It is particularly well-suited for romantic partners, best friends, and young families.
Our lovely condo features one King Size bed and two Single Size beds along with 3 TV sets. The upgraded kitchen is provided with refrigerator, freezer and automatic ice maker, electric stove and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and plates need it to cook your own meals.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened patio with table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with a wonderful view of nature. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival. Chairs and umbrellas beach are located in the walk-in closet -guest bedroom. Sorry no pets, per the community rules. Parking provided in the front of the condo.

Our stay in Bradenton was fun and comfortable. This cozy condo provided everything we needed to relax. With 2 pools and a hot tub as well as a billiards room and grill to reserve, we had things to do each day. This was our base as we revisited places filled with memories in the area such as Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, DeSoto's landing, Robinson preserve, and Myakka State Park. We especially enjoyed returning to Star Fish Market, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, and Linger Lodge for great seafood.

We stayed at Dan’s condo for 2 months and truly enjoyed our stay. Dan is very attentive about making sure the condo is ready and clean for a comfortable stay. We are beach people and enjoyed the close proximity to Anna Maria island even with the traffic that can’t be controlled we were able to get to our beach chairs in easy time. Dan was always available for questions and services that were requested. We would highly recommend this home away from home!
