Close proximity to shopping, beaches, restaurants and 3 minutes to IMG. It is 3 min. drive from the famous tennis Academy IMG and 10-15 min drive away from the white sandy beaches: Bradenton, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, 40 min away from Longboat Key & Siesta Key (no 1 USA beach in 2015).

Once you step in you will find a lovely, cozy and relaxed atmosphere where you will always feel welcome, nurtured, and loved. Our condo is fully furnished and situated on the first floor. It is a wonderful place for couples who love to do things together. It is particularly well-suited for romantic partners, best friends, and young families.

Our lovely condo features one master bedroom with a King Size bed and one guest bedroom with a queen bed along with 3 TV sets. The upgraded kitchen is provided with refrigerator, freezer and automatic ice maker, electric stove and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and plates need it to cook your own meals.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened patio with table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with a wonderful view of nature. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival. Chairs and umbrellas beach are located in the walk-in closet -guest bedroom. Sorry no pets, per the community rules. Parking provided in the front of the condo.

The complex is 15 miles away from Sarasota Bradenton Airport and 50 miles away from Tampa International Airport. Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall is a 20-minute drive up. Also, we are located 5 minutes' drive to the famous IMG Academy and 15-20 minutes' drive to Ana-Maria Island with its white sand beaches. There are many areas to park and enjoy a day sunbathing, walking in the sand, listening to the waves and seagulls, playing in the gulf, building sandcastles or just simply relaxing! Shops and restaurants are also nearby in many areas on the island. The world-famous Disney World is only a two-hour drive away in Orlando.

We find it is a beautiful setting and enjoy all the natural surroundings and wildlife. The ponds are stocked with fish, and there are many ducks, turtles, and birds, and a couple of otters.
