MANATEE WATCH - A marvelous waterfront 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home just a short walk away from an astonishing white sand beach. Heated pool, hot tub and a spacious dock with beautiful views of the canal. Many months each year you can watch Manatees playing around in the water. A covered patio by the pool area offers a relaxing time in this lovely home. Rent kayaks or paddle boards and explore the surrounding area. The water canal leads fast access to great fishing trips in the Tampa Bay Area and the Gulf of Mexico.

Rentals up to 14 days maximum.

This property requires a 7-night minimum stay.

We typically schedule our rentals to start and end on Saturdays. However, there are occasions throughout the year when we may accept bookings on other days. If your reservation dates are not flexible and do not align with our Saturday to Saturday requirement, please send us an inquiry.

No pets are allowed at this property.

Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Check-in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check-out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office. Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay.

Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints may result in eviction without refund.

There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway/garage.

Our dock has space for 1 boat with a maximum length of approximately 25 feet. A boat trailer can be parked next to the house for the duration of your stay.

During the colder months of the year the pool of the property is heated and set to 83 degrees. We will make every effort to ensure that your pool stays in the set range, however, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree and we cannot be held responsible for extreme weather or inoperable equipment. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather.
