5 bedrooms comfortably fits 14 guests (plus 2 infants), and there is plenty of entertainment space and outdoor seating. Hot tub, outdoor fire table, grill, and converted garage / game room that has AC/Heat with pool table and shuffle board. There is also an outdoor shuffle board area available.
Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Per County regulation, this house can accommodate 10 "occupants, " excluding kids 12 yrs of age or under. The house can sleep up to 14 total plus 2 infants in pack n plays.
Downtown St.Augustine is only 15 minutes away and has so many attractions for the entire family. Several great restaurants within a 5 minute drive, and many of the hot spots of Ponte Vedra located within a 20 minute scenic drive alongside the ocean. 5 vehicles can safely fit in driveway.

I've stayed at a lot of rental houses and this was one of the best stays I've had. We had 6 adults and two toddlers and we all had a blast. The views are stunning, the house is tastefully upgraded and decorated, and we had everything we needed plus some. The pots and pans were good quality to cook on which is really hard to come by in a rental home. We found shark teeth on the beach right behind the house, played pool and darts at night, and enjoyed the firepit each night. I especially liked that the back area was fenced in with turf so my kids were safe to run around and play. St Augustine is a quick easy drive but we were so happy at the house, we hardly left. Highly recommend. The owner Sarah was extremely accommodating and readily available if we had any questions. We'll be back!
