PET ADDENDUM IF APPLICABLE:
• We welcome you to bring your dog(s)!
• We do limit 2 dogs per stay with an additional nonrefundable pet fee $200 per dog.
• Pets must be pre-approved and “Condo Friendly”, including the disclosure of service animals, with an additional pet fee and/or cleaning fee applied to the reservation.
• We do require a fully refundable $400 deposit due 48 hours before check-in and is refunded after check-out so long as there is no damage!
• Dogs MUST be housebroken.
• Please use the provided poop bags to clean up after your dog(s).
• Please do NOT leave your dog(s) in the home unattended.
• This property is a multifamily building. It is important that your dog does not bark continually or disturb the others who are also on vacation.
• Any damage or extra cleaning due to pets (including linen replacements, blinds, curtains, and carpet cleaning) will be deducted from the deposit.
• Do not bring your dog if it has fleas.
• You will be billed for the extermination of fleas and loss of rental income during fumigation if there are any to be found.

Failure to follow these rules are grounds for termination of your rental agreement without refund.
BOAT DOCK: Dock is available on a first come first booked basis. There is a $150/week rental fee for use of the dock. If you would like to bring your boat, please send request to confirm the slip is open. The dock is at a corner slip which limits size of vessels. We can only fit up to a 22-24' boat. It is a very shallow cove so deep hulls are not recommended. You do have 2 parking places on the driveway which can accommodate a 24' trailer.

Absolutely worth it. Cannot get much better than this in the middle of it all! A short walk to John’s Pass, the beach, and all of the great activities Madeira has to offer, it is really a great place to be. Not to mention how clean and nice the place is, I really had a wonderful time.

What a beautiful and freshly renovated home. The location is a quick walk to John’s pass and across the boardwalk to the beach. We had everything we needed in the home and enjoyed sitting outside to enjoy the evening. We will definitely return.

Myself and a girlfriend stayed for a week in April. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need…fully furnished kitchen, throws, beach and bath towels and beach chairs…the intercoastal wildlife was abundant.. from manatees and dolphins to the cranes… Gretchen was on site..but not intrusive…one minor issue with the shower drains was rectified quickly… I would highly recommend this gem of a get away stay to anyone!

This is an exceptional Villa in Madeira Beach, 5 minute walk to John's Pass, 10 minute walk to the Beach. it is beautifully furnished, and landscaped, with great fishing off the pier. Our host( Gretchen) is great, will take care of anything you might need
