It is located at the Daytona Beach Resort which is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond. On-site laundry coin operated 2nd to 5th floors Conveniently located across the street from Bellaire Plaza for shopping or dining. Some of the places are Publix (Grocery), Walgreen's, Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Ross's, Marshall's Dollar Tree, Big Tuna Restaurant, Pizzeria, China One and many more restaurants. 10 min. drive to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center, Pier and Main Street. 15 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.
On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in instructions necessary for your stay with the room number and door code to the electronic keypad.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.
*There is beach access still available right next door.

The pool was sparkling clean and the hotel grounds are immaculate. This condo was immaculately clean, mildew/mold free, and in a great location. It is beautifully decorated with ocean view. You can also view the river to the left. The beach here is very nice. The hotel has great amenities. The owner of this condo was very easy to deal with and keeps her condo in Excellent condition. TP, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, dish soap were all here, as well as cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, black-out curtain for patio. There is no oven, but there is a very nice toaster oven and I baked chicken it it. Their is a Nice cook-top stove to cook burgers, etc. This place Has a full fridge, Keurig, microwave, hair dryer. nice skinny balcony with a view. Parking was fine, I always had a spot, even when things got tough on Sat night and crowded (after a music festival). The staff was nice to me also and elevators worked fine. they even have those carts for luggage on first floor and I appreciated this. I went to event at Daytona Speedway and it is 17 min drive. The walls are thick and the bed in this condo was divine and I slept great! Thank you Vita!! I would stay here again!! Highly recommended!!

Daytona Beach was fantastic, the condo was exceptional. Very clean and just as pictured on the site. Ms. Vita was fantastic and easy to deal with during the payment process. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a get away. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small children. We could not ask for more. Heated outdoor pool was fabulous for this time of the year and great easy access to the beach right outside our door.

The Daytona Beach Resort has a spectacular view. The staff including check in, maintenance and house cleaning are unbelievable, they bend over backwards for their guests. That’s what separates them from everyone else. The surrounding area is run down and seedy, lots of empty stores, but stay around the hotel and everything is fine

We did not stay on the 12th floor. We rented from an individual owner who has a condo on the 9th floor. We have rented from her before and could not have asked for a better person to rent from. She thinks of everything in regards to making our stay as pleasant as possible. We have been staying at this resort for more than forty years and have always enjoyed it. For many years we had rented from a different owner who had a condo on the 2nd floor with a balcony and facing the ocean. After the hurricane a couple years ago she could not rent her unit out so that is why we found a new owner to rent from. We have always loved staying at this resort.
