THINGS TO KNOW

Minimum stay of 30 days required.

A separate mandatory fee of $150 is required to utilize the resort amenities (including pools, tennis and pickleball courts, gym/fitness center).

An optional fee of $100 would allow renter/spouse or two individuals who customarily reside and live together as a single housekeeping unit to utlilize the owner's golf membership privileges for significantly reduced greens fees.

This vacation rental requires the completion of mandatory membership transfer application forms (1 for the Master Association and 1 for the Condo Association) requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking in order to have access to the amenities. Golf is the only amenity that is optional. Late submissions are not accepted by the HOA. All completed paperwork must be submitted to the respective HOA's no less than 15 days prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your rental request being denied.

1 dog , weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific owner approval.
