Take your morning coffee watching the sunrise on the Atlantic and the sunset on the Intercostal waterway. We have even seen dolphins playing in the ocean - catching the odd wave. Both the Primary suite and the living room have floor to ceiling windows giving you a stunning view of the Atlantic.
The condo offers an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, eating peninsula and full dining room table to host your friends and family for dinner.
Additional amenities include a heated outdoor pool steps from the beach, Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, Jacuzzi/ hot tub, two saunas, well-equipped fitness room, game room with pool table, and a sunroom with library.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $50.00 Processing Cancellation Fee. Cancellations must be received in writing within 60 days of stay for a full refund, minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations received in 59 days or less from date of check-in will result in full refund, minus the cancellation fee, ONLY if the owner is able to re-rent the home for the same period of time. If a covering rental cannot be obtained, only the security deposit, and cleaning fee will be refunded and the cancellation fee will be waived.

The Sherwin is very well maintained by very kind and welcoming staff. They have fully recovered from the 2022 hurricanes (Nicole and Ian). It is a very quiet and safe place. The owner of the condo (7th floor) is a sweetheart. It's very easy to communicate with her and she responds very quickly. She is also very accommodating: during our stay, she even agreed to buy a new mattress (Nectar) at our request. The condo is on the south side with all the sunrises as well as the view of the full moon in the ocean. Nothing is missing: chairs and cart for the beaches, parasol, pots, crock-pot, hand mixer, blender, keurig, spices, cutting boards, streaming tv, leather sofa (lazy-boy style), shower with enormous pressure. I loved the ceiling fan with the remote in the room. Indoor garage where you park wherever you want, with a place to wash your vehicle. Close to pharmacies and 2 grocery stores within drive (Publix and Winn-Dixie). It's not our first time at the Sherwin and I always like to go back. C'est un endroit très tranquille et sécuritaire. La propriétaire du condo est un amour. C'est très facile de communiquer avec elle et elle répond très vite. Elle est aussi très accomodante: pendant notre séjour, elle a même accepté d'acheter un matelas neuf (Nectar) à notre demande. Le condo est sur le côté sud avec tous les levers de soleil ainsi que la vue de la pleine lune dans l'océan. Il ne manque rien: chaises et charriot pour la plages, parasol, casseroles, crock-pot, malaxeur, mélangeur, keurig, épices, planches à découper, streaming tv, sofa en cuir (style lazy-boy). Douche avec une pression énorme. J'ai adoré le ventilateur de plafond avec la télécommande dans les chambres. Garage intérieur où vous vous stationnez où vous voulez, avec une place pour laver votre véhicule. Près de pharmacies et de 2 épiceries en voiture (Publix et Winn-Dixie). C'est pas notre première fois au Sherwin et j'aime toujours y retourner. Merci beaucoup Lisa!

Condo superbe et bien entretenu avec un immense balcon avec vue sur la mer pour y contempler les magnifiques levers de soleil, le passage des dauphins à l’occasion ainsi que les claires de lune qui illuminent la mer. Une plage offrant des bassins pour enfant à la marée basse. L’aménagement de la piscine est de toute beauté et comporte des tables ainsi que des chaises pour le repos et le bronzage. La gentille propriétaire est très attentive aux besoins de ses clients et soucieuse de leur bien-être.
