I also have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat competition buy 50%. I also own two other direct ocean front condos next door in sandcastle one and three that has all the amenities this one has to offer. This is a direct ocean front with heated pool and hot tub along with gas grills located by the pool for your personal use. My condo also provides high quality linens to make your beach stay truly memorable. Disney and Bush Gardens are a short distance away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only. Thank you

Located in Indian Shores, this condo is near theme parks and by the ocean. Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf and Splash Harbour Water Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit John's Pass Village & Boardwalk and Indian Rocks Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Rita's Ice Cream, or check out an event or a game at Jack Russell Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
The restaurant the pub and ice cream Shop located right across the street from the Condominium and other restaurants short distances away.
The pub restaurant, the conch restaurant, crabby bills, and the salt rock Grill all of my favorite choices.
I would check out John’s Pass it’s a great one day excursion it offers many shops and restaurants along with renting a JetSki‘s, fishing manatee tours and many other local daily tours.
This exact unit does except pets but I do on multiple units in the area and some of them that I do except pets so if you were to contact me I may be able to accommodate you with a small pet thank you

We only allow Saturday to Saturday bookings.
Check-in time is Saturday at 4 PM and checkout time is following Saturday at 10 AM I do have four units down there in a couple of mine that do accept pets. This one be does except pets. You can go to and look at my website thank you We also have Minivan station to the airport so if you need one. Pet fee is 150$

Edward O.Wonderful 30 day stay
My wife, pet and I just finished a 30 day stay and couldn’t have been happier. Condo was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The owner works very hard to keep you happy and everything in working condition. We enjoyed it so much that we tried to extend our stay by another 30 days but unfortunately the unit was not available so we had to find another place to stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this unit. The only negative, which was no fault of the owner, was that on the Saturday when we arrived, only one of the two elevators was working. It was fixed that week but on the Saturday we were leaving, the same elevator was again not working.
