1400 sq. ft. This condominium was newly remodeled (you can contact me ) and is one of the top condominiums located in Sand Castle III. It has its own private spiral staircase that leads down to the pool, hot tub, beach, and gas grills. I have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat the competition buy about 50%. Also we own two other direct oceanfront condominiums next-door to this one in Sand Castle II and Sandcastle l
that has all the amenities that this one has to offer. All three of these condominiums have gas grills located near the pool for your personal use. My condominiums provide high-quality linens and mattresses which help to make your beach day truly memorable when you relax in the evenings. Disney and Busch Gardens are located only a short distance away. Tampa airport is located 30 minutes from your doorstep and St. Petersburg /Clearwater airport (PIE) is located 20 minutes away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Town Square Nature Park and Boca Ciega Millennium Park, while Freefall Theatre and Suncoast Star Playhouse Dinner Theatre are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider Splash Harbour Water Park, or check out an event or a game at Jack Russell Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
The restaurant the pub and ice cream Shop located right across the street from the Condominium and other restaurants short distances away.
The pub restaurant, the conch restaurant, crabby bills, and the salt rock Grill all of my favorite choices.
I would check out John’s Pass it’s a great one day excursion it offers many shops and restaurants along with renting a JetSki‘s, fishing manatee tours and many other local daily tours
This exact unit does not except pets but I do on multiple units in the area and some of them that I do except pets so if you were to contact me I may be able to accommodate you with a small pet thank you

Check-in time is Saturday at 4 PM and checkout time is following Saturday at 10 AM I do have four units down there in a couple of mine two accept pets you can go to and look at my website thank you We also have Minivan station to the airport so if you need one.

I could not have been happier with our experience at this beautiful condo right on the beach. Everything in the condo is perfect and you have everything you need (even a couple beach chairs, towels and pool toys). The pool and hot tub were clean and never too crowded. There is a lock to get in so no strangers showing up. The view of the ocean could not have been better. The beautiful white sand and the clear blue water. The beach is not crowded at all and we were there the first week of April. I could go on and on about the view and the beach but if you have been to Indian Rocks you know. If you haven’t this is the perfect place to stay. Your host Phillip is great and is answers any questions quickly. He wants everything to be amazing for you and it definitely was for us. I can’t wait until next April to stay again.

Immediately felt right at home. Very clean and welcoming. Everything we needed (and more) was supplied. The spiral staircase down to the pool area was super convenient. Owner very receptive to any questions or concerns (and also guaranteed us good weather ha ha!!) Would definitely book again. 5 stars!!
