Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed and guest bedroom with 2 twins. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, treager grill all included. 60 day minimum during the winter and no pets please. We are located on a canal with direct access to the intercoastal. There is a short walk (1/3 mile) to the deeded beach access and an even shorter walk to the back entrance into Joan Durante park.

We just spent 2 months at Tim’s condo and can’t speak highly enough about it! The location is perfect, mid island, walk to beach, on the canal which is just beautiful!! It’s great to have 2 floors and a screened in porch and cute back yard. The condo is perfectly decorated and super comfortable. Tim was a pleasure to work with. My favorite part was the view from the master bedroom, being able to sleep w sliding door slightly opened and hearing the water, birds and rustling palms, so relaxing and beautiful.
