We absolutely loved our stay at Heritage Landing in this beautiful condo! Everything in the home is very high-end, comfortable and beautiful. The Heritage Landing community is so much fun with many activities to participate in. We had a great time joining the pickle ball events, playing golf, hanging out at the tiki bar and lounging around the pool. Lee (the owner) was such a pleasure to work with, very responsive, warm and helpful. We had the best stay, and can't wait to go back!

Exceptional, is the only way to describe this property! It has been so beautifully set up and meticulously orchestrated for the most enjoyable Florida experience you’ll probably ever have.No detail, small or otherwise has been overlooked. No expense has been spared. Lee has covered every option you can think of- You’ll have your selection of everything… From your favourite type of pillow to sleep with, to all your cooking and baking conveniences. Your coffee will be just the way you like to make it. Need to print something…? No worries, the office is set up. Looking for a needle & thread….? It’s in the drawer, of course. Everything from the linens to the decor, has been well thought out and perfectly appointed with items only.If you can pull yourself out of the super-comfortable beds in the morning, there’s a beautiful sunrise from the back veranda off the kitchen. And then hours later, after a great golf game- a visit to the fully-equipped gym, a little lunch & lounge by the pool….. You’ll find a lovely sunset to enjoy from the front veranda. Yup, even the things Lee isn’t in charge of, just happen to fall so nicely into place here.Don’t hesitate to come…. Heritage Landing is a Wonderful, clean, and safe community with friendliest of people all around…. My husband and I call it ‘Pleasantville’, because that’s exactly what it is!! And then, just when you think it couldn’t possibly get any better, Unit 925 raises the bar and presents you with every luxury you deserve!Thanks Lee- We had the Best time!! Jackie & Joe

I can't say enough about this home. It is exactly as pictured and more. Our home was flooded during hurricanes Helene and Milton, so we thought Christmas would be out of the question. It was a blessing when we found Lee's place and it was the perfect place to share with our kids for Christmas. As a cook, I loved the kitchen. ️ It had everything we needed! We had a huge crab boil for Christmas dinner and we had more than enough room. The beds, furniture, and furnishings were all cool, comfy and inviting. We all enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well, which were equally well appointed. Plus, the garage was as another bonus. To top it all off we played golf, pickleball, and relaxed at the pools and hot tub. We even watched football on Sundays at the pool bar which was a lot of fun and everyone we met, including the staff was awesome. It was perfect! If Lee's place is available... don't hesitate! Book it and bring your family.

Hubby and I stayed in Lee's condo for three months and found it to be extremely comfortable, spacious, homey, safe, and quiet. The decor and furnishings were very pleasing, including a very comfortable bed and bedding, and the kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and everything we needed. The front and back porches were screened so we had cross ventilation on the cooler days. Lee provided an excellent entertainment system with top-notch speakers, as well as super-fast and reliable WiFi. A one-car garage is available. The gated Heritage Landing golfing community was lovely with beautiful landscaping, many large ponds, a clubhouse, a tiki bar/restaurant, pickle ball, tennis, a gym, a spa, and community activities. The location is very convenient with Burnt Store Marina just a few minutes away as well as plenty of shops, groceries and restaurants just 10 minutes north in Punta Gorda, and 15 minutes south in Cape Coral. There is easy access to I-75. Note that there is still a lot of construction in the development, but only during the day, beginning at about 8:00 a.m., but that will lessen as time goes by, and it did not detract from our stay. Lee was a great host and wanted everything to be right. Lee and the condo provided way more than we expected, it felt like home, and we were very sad to leave. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to rent here again.
