LUXURY OCEAN FRNT CONDO w/ EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS! WALK 2 PIER PARK

Totally Awesome

We have stayed at several condos in Panama City Beach over the last few years (semi snowbirding) and this property/condo, is by far, the best of the bunch. The location is great. Sterling Breeze is within walking distance of Pier Park and a fun, old school Florida restaurant just 200 feet from the front door is a great goto for a quick bite. The Sterling Breeze staff are accommodating, friendly and the heated pools (both regular and hot tub) are just outside the back doors; very convenient. The beach is great and the condo provides camp chairs for the beach. This condo has a nice, large balcony with super nice furniture and a great place to watch for dolphins, have morning coffee or to watch the sunset. The condo itself is clean, well equipped and exactly as depicted in the photos. In short, no surprises. The kitchen is well equipped and even has plastic wear for leftovers. The owner is super nice and very responsive. My wife and I absolutely look forward to returning to this condo next year.

December Getaway

This property in PCB was a perfect retreat for a December getaway. Very clean, updated features and all the amenities you could want! The beds were very comfortable with quality linens which made resting and relaxing very easy! The view from the living room and master bedroom was amazing. Sunrises and sunsets were just beautiful! This property checks every item on my wish list plus more!!

Amazing Stay and Location!!

My recent stay at this beach condo in Panama City Beach was nothing short of spectacular! Nestled right along the pristine shoreline, this cozy haven offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The breathtaking views of the glistening ocean from the condo were awe-inspiring, especially during sunrise and sunset—truly postcard-worthy! The sound of waves crashing against the shore was an instant stress reliever and added to the overall tranquil ambiance.The condo itself was immaculate and well-equipped with modern amenities. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, and the comfortable beds provided a restful night’s sleep after a day of beachside fun.The balcony was my favorite spot—sipping morning coffee while watching the dolphins playfully glide through the water was a surreal experience.What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the owner, Randy. From check-in to check-out, they were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, whether it was a leisurely stroll along the shore, indulging in delicious local food, or exploring the multitude of shops, everything was conveniently close.I would highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a serene retreat with breathtaking views, impeccable service, and convenient access to all that Panama City Beach has to offer. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

Clean, Perfect Location & Gorgeous View

This condo is perfect in every aspect! Fresh paint, very clean, 5-minute walk to Pier park, view is fabulous, patio furniture is new, all kitchen items we needed were available, loved how the bunks were in their own hallway and very quiet location. This condo has a feel of a private beach due to the location being beside beach houses instead of a high-rise. If I could give them more than 5-stars, I would! Thank you allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. We will be renting again!
