The town house is on over two floors. It has an open, inviting floorplan that can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has its own screened private pool, deck and spa, as well as a games room.

This home is furnished to a high standard. With a fully equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs. There is a comfortable living area with plenty of seating, a 42’ TV and direct access to the pool and deck space. The formal dining area completes the living space.

The recently resurfaced, private screened pool (26' x 13') with spa, overlooks a conservation area and is NOT overlooked by the neighbours on either side, something which is VERY RARE in Florida these days. Should relaxing around the pool in the Florida sunshine become too much, you can sit in the shade in the large, covered lanai, or come back inside where all the rooms are air conditioned and keep at a cool and constant temperature.

For children young and old there is a tennis court, volleyball court and a tot lot (children's play area) in the community.

The town house is just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 55 minutes from Sanford Airport. It is a 12 minute drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and its 2 theme parks and Sea World.

Close to Tuscan Hills, along US Highway 27, there are numerous shops, takeaways and restaurants, with the fantastic new Posner Centre Mall hosting a Best Buy, JC Penney, Books a Million, Dick's Sporting Goods and Target only 7 miles along the U27.

For golf lovers a 5 minutes’ drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses to be found within a 20-mile radius if this is not enough!
