Come fall in love with White Sand by the Sea! This beautiful 2nd floor unit at Huntington by the Sea has recently been updated with some new furniture, doors and completely renovated bathrooms! Located in the eastern most part of Destin, in Miramar Beach, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
It's a quick drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Though close to it all, the beach at Huntington by the Sea is quiet, peaceful and family oriented. The beach in front of the property is solely dedicated to the Huntington by the Sea community, so it won’t be overcrowded.
The beach side heated pool has a large deck with lounge chairs, great for watching the colorful sunsets in the Gulf. There is a bath house and community gas grills for your convenience.
Open living at it's best, the well stocked kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with floor to ceiling windows, balcony access and beach views.
The kitchen boasts beautiful, updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is also well stocked with a coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and more. The dining area offers table seating for 6 with two additional seats at the kitchen counter. The living area offers comfortable seating, two sofas, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, beach views and balcony access. Curtains, of course, can be drawn to allow complete privacy. The ensuite bathroom has been updated to include a large walk in shower and new vanity, lighting and fixtures. The guest bedroom has two full beds. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, new vanity, lighting, and fixtures. Flat screen TV's are in each bedroom and living area.
The on-site credit card-operated laundry facility is located just across from this unit for easy access.
This rental comes with a complimentary beach set up...2 chairs and 1 umbrella, March through October. However, should you wish to order an extra set or 2 prior to your arrival, you may contact La Dolce Vita.

Very comfortable and nice unit. Beautiful views! Beds were a little soft for older joints. Guest bath was a little small. But I would rent again and recommend. We truly enjoyed this unit.

We especially appreciated the daily beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella—it was convenient and ensured we always had a spot on the beach. Each morning, the grounds crew was out early keeping everything tidy, which didn’t go unnoticed.A few things to note for future guests:•Kitchen: The listing mentioned a stocked kitchen with seasonings, but there weren’t any provided—not even salt or pepper—so be sure to bring your own.•Laundry: The on-site laundry is 2.25 to wash and 2.00 to dry. You’ll also need to bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. The machines do accept cards.•Grills: There are two electric grills on the property shared by all guests—not private, but usable.•Bathroom: The master shower was clogged from the first night. While maintenance came out initially without success, a plumber was sent the next day and resolved the issue.•TVs: The guest bedroom TV remote had ongoing issues even after replacing the batteries. The master bedroom TV is cable only and not a Smart TV.•Supplies: If you’re staying for a full week, plan to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels—what’s provided won’t last a full week for a family.Despite a few hiccups, the view from this unit overlooking the pool and ocean was truly perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this condo to friends.

Clay M.This condo is very clean. The private beach was great. Close to a bunch of shopping/groceries/entertainment. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot. The communal laundry room is literally 3 steps away from the door. Would love to stay here again.
