Stay here and enjoy both. “Friends on the Beach” is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Beachfront condo that sleeps up to 6. Our 8th floor, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo is right on the beach and right in the heart of Seagrove between the Seaside/Water Sound and Rosemary`s developments. We have a beautiful condo with granite countertops, A plasma 42 inch TV and special amenities that others just don’t offer. Extra’s such as a “Pack and Play”, Highchair, flat screen TV in the living room and in the Bedrooms to name just a few. We know that many of you are coming from far away and can’t pack all the things you would like to make your family`s stay easy and fulfilling. Now you don’t have to; we have thought of everything. We have listened to our renters and we offer as much as reasonably possible when you rent with us. You will have 3 televisions all with a DVD player connected. We even have many DVD titles for kids and adults, as well as board and card games for that rainy day that occasionally happens. If that`s not enough, stay connected to the world outside this relaxing beach side retreat. Bring your laptop and use our wireless internet service. You see, we were also renters at one time and we know what you would like to have when you get to the condo. We believe this will bring you back year after year. Brent B.We love 30A & have been coming since 1993. This location is perfect for biking to Seaside or driving up to the Rosemary area. Unit suited our family well & had everything we needed. Having the beach chairs & umbrella was a nice bonus.

Veronica D.This was our first stay in the area and we loved it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kids room was perfect for my 3 boys. Getting everything to and from the beach each day was made super easy with the boardwalk ramp. We use wagons so it was nice not having to lift them up and down stairs. We really enjoyed Brozzini’s pizza right across the street. Will definitely return.

The area is very safe and we felt comfortable letting our 14 year old daughter and her friend ride bikes by themselves. We will definitely visit again and hope to stay at the condo! Thank you

AnonymousWe had a wonderful view and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and great access to renting bikes, golf carts, souvenir shops, ice cream shops and dinner options. Access to the beach was perfect. There is no ramp so if you are taking a wagon or stroller you will have to carry it over the steps to the beach. Plan to get up by 6 am to reserved your spot on the beach because it is located next to a public beach access. We will be renting again in the future and had a great experience.

Shirley W.The condo was not as expected. It needed a lot of updating. There was an odor in the condo. The fan in the bedroom with the king bed, you could not turn it off. We had an issue with the tv in the living room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the tv. The view was exceptional! Only one elevator that was working.

AnonymousWe very much enjoyed the property primarily the location being right on the beach. The beach is always beautiful. Had 13yo x2 and 16yo xyo were able to bike around town. Condo complex always had parking open which I worried about next to a public beach access. Reassuring to have 24hr in house security and concierge during the day. Front staff even gave us a list of local restaurants. Unit was clean but some of the furniture was dated and could use a fresh coat of paint. The area rug needs to be replaced - it was sad and dirty. The dishes were miss matched and baking dishes/bowls were sparce. I expect rentals to have amenities close if not better than the owner would have in their home. I would recommend this unit and would rent it again but it could be a better experience with a few small upgrades.
