We love the short walk to the beach, but what really sold us is the living space. It's spacious and feels like home. The living room and lanai have beautiful views overlooking a large landscaped side yard, the heated pool, lots of palm trees, and the morning sunrise!

Marco Island features six miles of beach and is the largest and only developed land in Florida's Ten Thousand Islands. It's less than 30 minutes to Naples with shopping, dining, and entertainment and a 40 minute drive from the Everglades and its many opportunities for nature exploration, fishing, and more!

About the owner: My husband and I live in Texas, but we grew up in the Midwest and both graduated from Butler University.
Why this property? Our families have vacationed in Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Marco Island throughout our lives and we love Southwest Florida! The sandy white beaches of Marco Island are our favorite. We chose this condo because of it's location at the South End. It's quiet here, but also just a block from the South Beach public access. We love the boutique feel of our condo building and have been told it's one of the most well built buildings on the island. It has a heated pool and also a large grassy area so you can enjoy privacy and green space looking out the lanai. It has everything we wanted for our first vacation home!
