Just bring your suitcase and enjoy yourselves while staying in our single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with split floor plan and den. You will feel relaxed and at home in this open concept floor plan villa with high ceilings and tons of natural light. The split bedroom floor plan provides privacy.
When you enter the villa you walk into the kitchen which has 42"white wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances with an oversized quartzite island and abundance of counter space, perfect for cooking and entertaining! The kitchen is well-quipped with all of the necessities of home. The laundry room is right off the kitchen. The quartzite island has seating for 3. To the right of when you enter is our den with pull out couch. Porcelain tiles have replaced the carpeting in the bedrooms.
The dining area can seat 6 comfortably. The living room has a comfortable sectional and leather recliner with oversized TV, perfect for watching movies! Off the living room is access to your covered, screen-in lanai with additional seating, and outdoor TV to relax or enjoy your meal outdoors.
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with direct access to your ensuite bathroom, which has an oversized walk in shower, dual sinks and water closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is located at the other end of the villa with access to the full bathroom just off the hallway.
The den/flex room is located just off the kitchen and has a pull out couch and smart TV where you can watch TV or stream with your apps!
You will have access to our 2 car garage. We also offer EV car charging with our newly installed Level 2 charger for an additional fee.
Guests are welcome to use the community pool, bocce and pickleball courts, and gym, which is a short car ride away within the development, or you may walk to it if you prefer!
This property is perfect for extended vacations or business trips. Everything you need is provided, from the kitchen utensils to ironing board etc., just bring your suitcase. We provide a supply of basic necessities to start you off, including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and hand soap. Minutes from several fantastic beaches, shopping and fabulous restaurants, and the new downtown Wellen Park.

Price listed does not include 13% state and county taxes (for rentals less than 6 months), VENMO PROCESSING FEE (if applicable) or CLEANING FEE. Security/damage deposit of $500 is due via Venmo immediately to secure your reservation. FOR RENTALS LESS THAN A YEAR OUT: First half (50%)of rental fee is due 120 days prior to arrival via Venmo, personal or cashier's check. Balance of 2nd half (50%) plus additional fees is due 45 days prior to arrival via Venmo, personal or cashier's check.
Cancellations made more than (90) days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less the $500 security deposit unless I am able to re-book the property for those dates, then I will refund the deposit (- Venmo fee). Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within (90) days of the arrival date, WILL FORFEIT any payment received towards rental fee, this includes the reservation deposit. Cancellations made less than 90 days from arrival day or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. I will refund any monies if I re-book the villa.
**Please be aware that the $500 security/damage deposit is non refundable should you cancel your reservation AT ANY TIME. I will refund this fee (less Venmo processing fee) if I am able to rebook the property, otherwise once you check-in, this fee becomes the damage deposit and WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DEPARTURE pending inspection of property.**

This retreat is a piece of paradise, the accommodations are cozy and comfortable.The open concept and lanai are spacious. The king size master suite is a bonus.The owners thought of everything to equip the villa to a high standard and to anticipate the needs of their guest for a luxurious stay.Lg HD TV for watching sports in almost every room!Convenient to several beaches, and we are beach lovers, they provided an umbrella, towels and chairs.We met many kind, helpful and friendly people in the gated community at the gym, pool and pickle ball courts!We are booked for 2025! The owners are wonderful! We highly recommend this property and area!
