Very comfortable spacious updated 2/2 end unit fully equipped. Assigned under covered parking. Only 12 units in Island Club One. Elevator. Condo offers front porch, eat- in -kitchen, dining area, 2 large bedrooms with king size beds and new mattresses, 2 baths, and a large lanai for outside dining and relaxing.

Enjoy the southern exposure furnished lanai. It overlooks a tropical green courtyard. Have your meals on the lanai or just put your feet up and relax on cushioned chaise lounge reading a good book.

Start your day off by taking a nice walk on the beach and maybe doing sone shelling as you watch for dolphins.
Bask in the sun or go for a swim in the gulf or at our uncrowded heated swimming pool and hot tub. Gas grill near pool area.

What's not to like about Marco Island? Marco has it all.........white sandy beaches, blue water, and gorgeous sunsets!
Just bring your bathing suit............Beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, bicycles, etc. included.

Area Information

Quite and relaxing yet everything close by and convenient. Walking distance to restuarants and shops, theater, and mini golf. Grocery store 2 miles away.
Lots of activities close by: tennis, pickleball, golf, gyms, and Mackle park, where you can play bocce ball, ping pong, basketball or just take a walk around the pond.
Library and Marco Museum is by Mackle Park.
Marco is a boater’s paradise…….many fishing charters or private boat rentals; and kayak rentals are available nearby too. You could take the Marco Princess for a sunset dinner cruise or for a day trip to Key West.
Marco Island has many weekly activities going on around the island......craft fairs, art shows, Seafood Festival, flee markets, entertainment, and more.
On the beach you can rent jet skis, paddle boards, or sign up for a shell and sightseeing excursion and parasailing.
You just might like to take a yoga class on South Beach.
Naples is just across the Judge Jolly bridge with so many activities too.....Fifth Ave. with all its shops and restaurants, The Performing Arts Center, golf, the Naples Zoo, or a walk through Naples Botanical Gardens.
Goodland is a fun little fishing village........a casual place with outside eating restaurants with music and don’t forget Stan’s on Sunday.
You might want to take a day trip to the Everglades for an airboat ride where you will most likely see some alligators and then go for a casual lunch at the famous Rod and Gun Club where several presidents stayed back in the day. Everglade National Park offers walking, boating, driving, and tram tours to experience the native plants and animals within the mangrove ecosystem. So many fun activities to keep you busy!
