Engineered hardwood floors throughout the home along with 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and more! Your ground-floor queen master suite with an en-suite bathroom is located right off the kitchen. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The second floor offers two guest bedrooms, one hosting a queen bed with an attached full bathroom and the second kids room offers two twin beds with a shared bathroom. You can also relax after a day exploring the 30A communities or a day at the beach in the reading nook also located on the second floor. This reading nook futon also folds out for additional sleeping.
Enjoy grilling your fresh seafood on the back porch grill with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your meal and cocktails while watching the sunset in your own private sanctuary in Santa Rosa Beach.

About the owner: We are a blended family of 4 and we love the outdoors!! When we are not at the beach we are up in the mountains. This home is a dream come true because we are minutes to the beach and have a forest in our backyard, with miles of trails near by.
Why this property? We love enjoying the birds on the side porch as we drink our coffee in the mornings. It’s quiet, peaceful and tucked away from day to day buzz. The neighbors are friendly and we love getting together when we are in town. We built this home to share a place we love with family and friends. We would love to have you enjoy it too.
