This one-of-a-kind residence was customized by one of the most prominent local architects & builder. The property reflects impeccable design and bespoke quality. An open flexible floor plan begins with open entry inviting to gorgeous open living area with a fireplace and surrounded by many windows illuminating whole house, leading to dining for 8 people. Gorgeous and spacious custom-made kitchen & bar appliances are top of the line with quality utensils, place settings, two coffee machines and two Fisher & Paykel dishwashers, and cookware necessary to provide for a larger family gathering. Welcome wine & fruit basket provided for our guests.
Relax or dine outside on the tiled screened lanai including a covered brick paver patio with heated swimming pool equipped with new Pentair system and LED lighting, Jacuzzi, loungers and towels, outdoor kitchen with wet bar and two grills, dining for 8-12, and private direct access to the deck on canal leading to the Golf. You may enjoy there fishing or meditation and yoga (mat and pillow are there for you). Or, can take a trip with the Jet-Ski for an additional fee. Bonita Springs has amazing sunsets you will enjoy!

We rented this house for a family reunion and absolutely loved it! The house is well decorated and clean! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious, the bedding was comfortable. We loved spending time in the swimming pool and patio area, which was very spacious! The sunsets were incredible! We highly recommend it! Communication with the host was very efficient and easy!
