Why this property?

One of a Kind gated dog friendly community directly on the endless uncrowded beach, the unit is located in a dead end street -no traffic noise, heated pools, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, 9 hole par 3 golf course on site, yoga classes, restaurant, Tikibar,library,fitness room etc..
