Amenities – Large resort style pool with shallow entry for kids, large swimming area and lap lanes. tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, fitness center, aerobics room, full-service spa offering nails, massage and everything you would expect from a high end spa. Beautiful Tiki bar overlooking the resort pool with great food from our in-home executive chef. Tiki bar hosts great live music and daily specials for food and drinks.
Golf Course: This is a championship golf course designed in 2019 by renowned Architect Gordon G. Lewis. This is an exceptionally beautiful golf course that will accommodate all levels of play. The professional staff and fellow guests are very welcoming to seasoned AND beginner golfers.
There are numerous walking and biking trails with surrounding nature preserves. Punta Gorda has many dining and entertainment opportunities. This property has a 30 day minimum.
Heritage Landing Amenities include a large resort style pool, Tiki island pool bar, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and golf.
There is a $150.00 social fee to use all of the social amenities and a $100.00 golf transfer fee to use the course during your rental.

About the owner: Joseph & Valerie purchased the property in 2020 and love the community. You’ll love black beauty dr -small dead end road surrounded by the first fairway and overlooking the 10th.
We live in Wisconsin when we are not in this unit
Why this property? Black Beauty drive is the most sought after location here. It has the largest drivaways and distance from the street of any coach home neighborhood at Heritage Landing. It's small street surrounded on both sides by the golf course and ponds. This is also the only coach home neighborhood with its own pool. The west facing view from the Lani overlooks the 10th fairway and a pond. The other side of the fairway is all trees and darkness at night to watch the sun go down.
