This villa has two master bedrooms, one on the first floor with a beautiful classic style master bed in it and one on the second floor with a mahogany master bed. Therefore, families with senior citizens who don't like to climb stairs don't have to. All bedrooms have their private bathroom. The villa is for families who like their house warm and cozy, with plenty of private spaces. There's a large living room area in addition to a family room area.

This villa is composed of four themes: 1) Disney castle themed living room with realistic 3D Disney princess at the entrance. 2) Minecraft themed room for the boys which is a room where most boys love the most so far. 4) Frozen themed room for the girls, where your princesses can take a lot of pictures and enjoy beautiful dreams during their holiday.

There's also Star War themed game room with a 400 games multi function arcade machine, a digital air hockey table with automatic scoring and a full sized pool table.

Area Information

This home is located in Vista Park Phase II, a quiet, peaceful gated community in Davenport. It is very close to various dining options. There is a Super Walmart in about 8 minutes and two Publix supermarkets within 8 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from Disney World.30 minutes from Outlet shopping center, 10 minutes from HO2 water park & movie theater, 25 minutes from Universal theme park. 3 minutes to Us 27, and 10 more minutes to I-4. It is very convenient drive around for holidays .

Favorite Places To Eat

Ford's Garage is a very special Ford themed restaurant with delicious foods and lively vibe. During my last 10 day stay, I dined at the Ford's Garage 8 times.
Lazy Dog restaurant just opened not long ago with their wonderful beer club for beer lovers. They serve fusion food dishes that are delicious. I ate there once and will definitely go back next time.
Apple Bee's Grill and Bar is within walking distance.
Olive Garden; Outback Steakhouse; Red Lobster; Friday's; Longhorn Steak House; Hooters; Crazy Crab; Sakura Asian Fusion are all within a 10 minutes drive.
