Patti M.Fantastic Florida Cottage
We just ended our stay at this charming Florida cottage and can’t wait to return next year. This two/three bedroom house is clean and comfortable and is located in an older quiet and friendly neighborhood that is conveniently located near parks, beaches, stores, restaurants and many attractions. There is never a shortage of things to see and do within 15-30 minutes whether it’s visiting Ringling Museum, Motes Aquarium, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Garden, University Shopping Center shopping mall, Downtown Farmers Market, Ed Smith Stadium for Baltimore Orioles spring training games, Siesta Key Beach, Anna Marie Island and St. Armand Circle/Lido Beach just to name a few. Another plus is the house and area is dog friendly. You can walk at North Tower Park less than 3 blocks from the house, take Fido to the farmers market or visit South Broward Dog Beach in Venice. We can’t say enough about the convenience of this location. Last but not least was how much we enjoyed meeting snd working with the owner. He was so nice and very helpful! We would definitely recommend this property!

A Perfect Beach Cottage
We have just spent the month of January 2026 at Paradise Cottage. What a perfect little gem. The pool outside of both bedrooms was an oasis. The cottage is close to everything; Neighborhood Market, Downtown Sarasota, Ringling Museum, airport, Lido Beach and fantastic restaurants. The owner has been wonderful and so easy to work with. We will for sure return to this friendly little neighborhood and “Old Florida” cottage. Kudos to these home owners .

Thomas R.Fantastic!!!
This was our first year of renting a house and we were thrilled at what we walked into. It was immaculately clean with new appliances and a little laundry room. The screen doors that led to the pool were so convenient from both rooms. The owner was a super nice guy who with his wife made us feel at home. This was our favorite vacation ever as this house was a delight! Would go back any time!!!
