All homes at OBV are equipped with-in unit elevators to reach 3 floors with ease, clubhouse access with gym and pool, and steps to a private beach entrance path to paradise.
Our home is a four-bedroom, four-full-bath townhome with 11-foot vaulted ceilings, newer appliances, and partial ocean views. Highlights include an east-facing bonus room (home office or quiet reading area), a living area with a soundbar/flat-screen TV and Sonos stereo system, and, of course, a fully functioning elevator that can reach all three floors in seconds.

Ground Floor: Garage (east-facing), stocked with beach toys, umbrella, beach chairs, and portable Weber propane grill. 2 Bedrooms (one with step-out patio and sitting area) , 1 Full Bathroom with Tub.
Floor 2: Main Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bonus room, 1 Full Shower Bath: Living, Dining and Kitchen are open. Living room has new Pottery-Barn Couch/Loveseat, RH coffee table perfect for board games and Sony Flatscreen/Soundbar. Kitchen has newer GE appliances, and Sonos Speaker system. Bonus room with high-top desk/matching stools, and pull-out couch. French doors lead out from bonus room to east-facing balcony, sitting area with partial ocean views.
Floor 3: 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms: Primary Suite with adjoining Full Bathroom with soaking tub, shower. Step outside from Primary suite to a west-facing sitting area balcony and sitting area. Down the hallway is the 2nd Bedroom, east-facing and adjacent 2nd full bathroom and shower.
Unique Benefits
Ocean views from bedrooms or the bonus/office room are fantastic! We love the four-bedroom layout, with two bedrooms each on the Ground and third floors. This allows guests to have their own private spaces and a communal living area in the middle on floor 2. Vaulted ceilings give you an air of relaxation with massive open space and circulating air.
Grills are allowed at Ocean Bay Villas, and our property has propane and charcoal options for that steak or fresh catch as you prefer.
And- The elevator is perfect for grocery trips or moving coolers up and down each floor when entertaining. Makes check in, check out a breeze as well.

Also-there's Board games galore! We keep many board games stocked for the family inside the media center below the TV. Family game nights area as fun as family beach days...
3rd floor bedroom has trundle-pull out bed for fun sleepovers, and rooms have ample space for activities.
When TV is necessary, main floor flatscreen is a smart tv, equipped with Netflix and all the other streaming app's you need
The townhome at Ocean Bay Villas is perfectly situated on South Hutchinson Island, in the middle of beautiful beach, paved walk/run paths down A1A and 10-15 minutes away from shopping and fine dining in either direction.
To the South: The soon-to-be world famous "Sunrise Surf Shop" (5 minute drive), and most necessities are only a short 10 minute drive away including grocery, gas, liquor stores etc. Fine dining options include Kyle G's Steakhouse and Drift Restaurant inside the Hutchinson Shores Hotel
To the North: 15 minutes northward is the growing Ft Pierce area, with many shops, eateries and craft-beer breweries all within walking distance. Excellent dining options, from fine-dining to family/casual, with or without ocean/intracoastal water views! Much to see and do, check out the weekend farmers market or for fun, sip craft brews at Sailfish Brewing Company or live music at the Square Grouper.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Audra and Brian beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, they were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their home is not only spotless and beautifully decorated, but also incredibly well-appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location is unbeatable—just steps from their private beach, which felt like our own little slice of paradise. The community amenities were top-notch, including a pool, hot tub, and gym, all very well maintained. We also loved how close we were to great restaurants, charming shops, and everything else Jensen Beach has to offer.The neighborhood itself is peaceful and friendly, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Whether you're looking for relaxation or a bit of adventure, this is the ideal spot. We can’t recommend Audra and Brian’s home highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!

Maureen G.Great place for a relaxing family getaway
Brian's home is on Hutchinson Island. Easy access to the beach. Because it's a private beach, it was never crowded, and we were always able to find space to relax in. We also loved relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub. Being Brian provided everything we needed for the beach and the pool, we only needed to have bathing suits, flip flops and sunscreen. There is nothing in walking distance but there is an abundance of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops within driving distance. Grocery shopping at Publix is also an easy drive away. This townhouse was perfect for us because we had multiple generations staying with us. It is clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen had all the items we needed to make and serve meals. The elevator was essential. My parents have mobility issues and the elevator was their only means of navigating from floor to floor. We also used it to bring up bags/groceries. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Brian was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely recommend Brian's townhouse to family and friends.
