Welcome to The Perfect Blue! Our 2 bedroom/2 bath 1,100 sq ft condo is located in the desirable South Seas Condo Association on the shores of Marco Island, FL. Our condo sleeps 6 and has all new flooring, paint, furnishings and impact sliders and windows throughout! The bedrooms and living room all have smart T.V.s and we even have you covered at the beach with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys! The association has private beach frontage for you to enjoy, a pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, a gym and much more! The Perfect Blue is well equipped with towels and linens for 6, kitchen is stocked with you dishes and basic needs, updated furnishings and décor throughout really make this condo free like home. The breathtaking views from the TWO balconies allow you to take in all the sights of Marco Island and the beautiful perfect blue coastline. South Seas is prime location whether you want to walk to your favorite restaurant and take a sunset stroll on the beach. If you desire a day trip to explore, you are 30 min from Naples, 40 min to Everglades National Park, just over an hour to Fort Myers Beach or 2 hours to Miami! If you desire to stay town, Marco Island has everything you need to make your vacation memorable from boat and bike rentals, shopping, fishing, great dining and much more. The Perfect Blue will meet all your vacation needs and you are sure to enjoy all Marco Island has to offer!

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous place! It was clean, nicely appointed and well maintained. The location is excellent with easy access to the Gulf beach and to Tigertail Beach Park. Other amenities are conveniently nearby as well.

Erika M.THE PERFECT BLUE HAS THE PERFECT VIEW
My family stayed at the Perfect Blue and I highly recommend! The condo is a sought after corner condo with views of the ocean right of the patio. There is a wrap around patio, so you can either step out for a cup of coffee, lay out in the sun, watch the sunset, or just leave the slider cracked open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The rental of this condo gives you a parking space, swimming pool, laundry room access, a quick walk to the ocean, and also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Not only was the condo impeccably clean, Marci was a wonderful hostess, she was very accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience here and when we come back to Marco Island we will be renting her condo again!
