My wife and I are monthly renters, and we have stayed at three other properties on the beach, as well as two other units at South Seas over the years, and our experience renting this condo was exceptional. As a sought‑after end unit, it featured an extra‑long wraparound balcony—something only available in end units like this—that offered amazing, ever‑changing, breathtaking views. The two‑bed, two‑bath condo was very quiet, spotless, and very spacious, decorated beautifully, featuring upscale, curated décor throughout, creating a balance of sophistication and coziness. The generous living area created a relaxing atmosphere, with a modern kitchen equipped with anything you can possibly need for effortless cooking, along with a well‑appointed dining space to enjoy our meals, overlooking the picturesque surroundings. The vibrant sunsets were especially memorable. The location was unbeatable, with gated, direct access to the famous sugar‑white sand beach, making it incredibly convenient. Plus, using the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers was perfect for relaxing by the water. Also, swimming in the heated pool added to our overall comfort. Our host, Marci, who was most gracious, went above and beyond with her kindness and attention, making the experience seamless. A true turnkey property, it delivers an exceptional combination of upscale living, inviting design, and spectacular views. We highly recommend this condominium as the ideal choice for your stay.

We stayed in this condo for almost a month and enjoyed it immensely. Excellent view of the gulf and pool. Sun on balcony all day which is great in January. We have stayed in several South Seas condos over the years and this one was our best experience. Condo was very clean and everything in working order. This was the nicest and cleanest of all my stays. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation while enjoying the picturesque view. I loved sipping my morning coffee on the balcony, and unwinding on it with a glass of wine after a long day at the beach. The view is breathtaking - in the evenings, the sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colours, reflecting beautifully on the water. The location was the best, with direct access to tiger tail beach. I also appreciated the amenities offered at the property, including a lovely pool and well equipped fitness center. Marci, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My family stayed at the Perfect Blue and I highly recommend! The condo is a sought after corner condo with views of the ocean right of the patio. There is a wrap around patio, so you can either step out for a cup of coffee, lay out in the sun, watch the sunset, or just leave the slider cracked open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The rental of this condo gives you a parking space, swimming pool, laundry room access, a quick walk to the ocean, and also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Not only was the condo impeccably clean, Marci was a wonderful hostess, she was very accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience here and when we come back to Marco Island we will be renting her condo again!
