KOSHER:
The home is located in the Boca Jewish community. It is a 5 min drive/15 min walk to Yagdil Torah. Many kosher restaurants and grocery stores are within a 12-15 min drive. The house can be kashered upon request. We do have a kosher closet with items you can use over Shabbos. Please reach out with any questions!

The pool fence can be installed or removed upon request.
The pool is heated and the thermostat is automatically set to 85 degrees. The thermostat should not be touched or used by any guest. Any signs of tampering will result in a $750 fine. Please reach out if you need assistance.

Beautiful and relaxing stay. The view, the grounds , the room was lovely. A beautiful walk right onto to the beach. The hotel could rent out loungers and umbrellas, that would make the beach day more comfortable.

JaredThe home is beautiful but the backyard is what makes it so special. The heated pool is plenty large and there was ample lounge chairs for all of us. The BBQ bar is a nice touch. Behind the pool, the grass area was big enough for the kids to play soccer, all while still being fenced in. The driveway is huge and could easily fit several cars. Overall the inside is very nice, the kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. It was very easy to get to the expressway (5 minutes) and is pretty close to both nearby international airports. We were lucky enough to visit during Christmas when the end of the subdivision puts on a very impressive light display. The kids got to walk to the end of the street at night to hang out and look at lights, not something we get to do in Michigan given how cold it is this time of year. I will gladly reach out to David the next time we are in Boca looking for a place to stay.

Ira L.The pool, garden and grounds make this property a very nice place to stay.. Fortunately, we had great weather and spent every minute outside enjoying it. Ou r dog loooved the pool.Everything was as specified on the websites. The owners were easily reachable and responsive. The house, however, could use a bit of work. The couches and chair in the living room are not comfortable and the covering on the chair is wearing off. The veneer on some of the kitchen cabinets is peeling off. Also the outside fan needs to be replaced In spite of the minor faults I would rent this again

They heated the pool to 85° before our arrival. They also changed a showerhead within one day of us notifying them. Hector MichelleMoshe and his representative, Chris were always very receptive and quick to respond which made traveling so easy! The pool fence wasn’t set up when we arrived as promised, but Chris came right back over to set it up for us no problem.The pool and house were so clean and exactly like pictured. Great location - close to everything and very safe neighborhood - our family went in nightly walks. We had a few complaints such as: we wish there were more towels - we did A LOT of towel washing, the back door leading to the pool was very squeaky, it definitely needed some WD-40 - drove us crazy, and a few problems with the outside grill. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we were very happy with our stay, thank you, Moshe!

RaechelOur family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and the beach. The backyard is amazing - so beautiful and private. The pool was the perfect temp and size. We spent a lot of time on the patio and at the built-in grilling station.The interior was spacious and clean. The AC kept us cool. The washer/dryer was nice to have, even though it is located in the garage. (Please note that you must navigate a couple of steps down/up to get to the garage’s washer/dryer location.)There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, but they were fixed within an hour of our call to the property manager.Thank you for a great week!

MarcThis house is in a great location, not far from the beach. The house has everything you need to cook meals for a family. It has comfortable beds, soft sheets and TVs w/Netflix in every bedroom. There are 3 full bathrooms. The pool area is fantastic - a salt water heated pool with amazing landscaping throughout the backyard. I would highly recommend the home for families traveling in the Boca area.
